Contacted Gilby’s via phone in early March to discuss having our inground pool liner replaced. Gentleman told me it should be no problem to have this done by before Memorial Day and he just needed to take measurements. Gave him all of my info, address etc and he texted me a link to choose a liner.

In early April I hadn’t heard from them about measurements so I contacted them via email asking for an update. No answer.

By late April I hadn’t heard back so I texted the same person explaining I was still waiting to hear about a measurement and reiterated all my info. Since we both have iPhones I saw he read my message and I waited 3 days. No response.

I contacted another company and had an estimate and measurement date within a week and an install for early June.

I shouldn’t have to chase a company and beg them to take my money. They may be highly recommended but that doesn’t mean anything if they never respond or do the work. Very disappointing and shameful.
