Excellent service. The weather this week caused an issue with the mobile fix-it and I was not made aware of the closer. But, they made up for it by coming out on a Saturday to get me back my device. Definitely will call again for any other tech issues.

Staff was friendly and informative. They fixed my daughter’s screen on her phone in the amount of time they originally quoted. Also didn’t try to push any other services or unnecessary products. If we need a device repaired again, I will go back to Girls Fix It.

I only recently stumbled on this repair location, and it may become my go-to resource for phone and laptop repairs for the foreseeable future. They were congenial, communicative throughout the process, and expedient in getting the needed repairs done. As a dad of 2 teens, I will likely continue to have work for them.

After having my Series 4 Apple Watch for a few years, the battery had degraded to 72%, and I could no longer get through the evening without receiving a “low power” warning. After investigating my options for getting the battery replaced, I found a listing for ‘Girls Fix It’ online. I filled out a short form to get a quote for the work and I few minutes later, I received an email reply. Not only was their fee less than at Apple, but I preferred giving my business to an independent shop rather than a large corporation. I dropped it off that afternoon, and the young woman at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of its progress, and picked it up two weeks later, good as new. I’m very happy with the result, and would highly recommend them to others.

Service in store was great but had issue just a few weeks later. Website says 6-month limited warranty which they did not honor. When I inquired they said "thanks for pointing that out"

I was recommended this shop and I can’t say enough good things about it! The service was prompt and easy, I was in and out within 45 minutes and I even got a screen protector put on. Everyone was so nice and also knowledgeable. They also have drinks and snacks while you wait! I will 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Great service! They found a nice replacement for my laptop cover/screen that others couldn't (the PC fell off of a table and broke ouch!) The "girls" found it and put it all together again, and it works better than before. I am so happy with the service.

I took my Apple Watch to Girls Fix it because the screen stopped working. They weren’t able to fix it because of the severe water damage. Although they couldn’t fix it my whole experience was great and I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a repair.

Highly recommend! Experience was easy, friendly and efficient for charge port replacement for iPad and has a 90 day warranty. The owner was great at explaining things very clearly and honestly. She runs a great shop and it was nice to support a local business!

I am very pleased with the service I received to repair the back of my apple phone. Made the appt the night before and had my phone several hours after dropping it off the next day looking brand new and for a great price.
