6 Horrendous Experience.
A lot of mold in the apartment, lost lot of our belongings and nothing was done.maintance is a joke. Property manager Amanda is rude and absolutly no help
not only apartment 722 others have the same problem and office know about it and nothing ever gets done, but yet they put complete in the worker oder to get ouy of actually doing something
I lived at Glen Hollow for 5 years. I absolutely love everything about this place. Maintenance is knowledgeable and very polite. The office staff is very responsive and pleasant all the time. The grounds are manicured. Convenient Food Pantry right next door. Location by 95 & Turnpike is wonderful. There were times were I locked myself out of my building and someone rushed right over to help me. I can’t express my gratitude enough for all that they have done for me when it came to having to extend my lease several days bc my new home wasn’t ready yet. The only reason I moved is because I ended up getting a house. Otherwise I would have been a lifer! Lol Neighbors are friendly and I always felt safe. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! Thank you all for being so outstanding!
I have lived here for about 4 years, I love my one bedroom Jr. Apartment, Like other Corporations there may be issues, but all in all it’s a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance is excellent, every time I’ve had an issue it was well taken care of. I definitely think it’s family friendly, and the majority of our community here are good hard working people who care about, and take care of where they live.
They have a really bad mouse problem, I am paying almost $1500 a month.to have mice running through my apartment.
Do not move here. Very unprofessional staff, inconsiderate, and will lie to your Face if you’re not diligent. Place looks nice outside but management is horrendous to deal with. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
I lived here since July & have a really bad mice problem! I call and tell them nothing gets done. They have an attitude when I speck on my concerns regarding I have two young children who like to eat and play on the floor! I done have dead mice under my bed where I sleep at night! They come and put cheap traps to where they are getting away. Running out when I’m sitting on my couch! My 4 year old son won’t even go into the bathroom alone! Don’t move here! I’ll be moving out!
