Glenbrook East Apartments

I've been here 13 years and the only problem I have is that I can't get a first floor apartment but maybe one day you'll be one available other than that everything's okay with with me

Very nice community, quiet family orientated. Management office very nice. I love living here.

I don't live at this community, but I have a few friends that do.
I have been present when they had to have stuff fixed, and the maintenance people that showed up were professional and quick. My friends that live there seem to like it there, also the fact that the community treats the resident with respect speaks volumes in my mind.

This apartment is trash. And call for a tow and cops to remove a car. While an employee is at work. Don't rent from here. The manager is rude and lies. Even after camera proof is shown.

One thing I will always say about glenbrook the staff have always made me feel welcomed and at home. They’ve never discriminated against me a young black woman and have always had my best interest at heart. They’ve become more than just landlords they are family. I would recommend these apartments in a heart beat

I have been living at GBE for close to 7 years and I love it. It's in a perfect location right next to main st. The staff is always willing to help and answer and respond to any concerns I may have.

The fact they use the "please call us" clearly shows they use a bot for bad reviews. They are threatening to tow a girl who works at Wawa EVEN THOUGH IT'S THE WAWA PARKING LOT NOT THE APT COMPLEX. Get your acts together & stop being greedy & rude as heck to that poor girl.

I want to shout out management and maintenance for being prompt and attentive to different situations that may have occurred doing the pandemic which has been hard on a lot of people. The residents of GBE are very welcoming and I definitely have great neighbors next door to me, I have no complaints and if and when I do the staff is always available to assist.

I have been here for almost 4 years. I love it here. The price seems steep when you start out but when you incorporate what’s included in the rent utilities wise; it’s not bad. You’re also paying for a great location. Far enough from Main Street to have things be quiet, and still very close to everything.
