Terrible service, they always compromise and change schedules, they do it repeatedly and they never compromise with the user.

The dispatcher tells me that she is going to pick me up at wing 4 and they picked me up at wing 5 and I arrived very late

They were running late, I waited a few hours before my trip, they had no gentlemen in that van I had to struggle getting my bag n myself in the van

Terrible! I do not recommend them unless it is an emergency and you have no other choice. First of all they don't tell you the prices correctly, after I called to schedule my door-to-door trip from Brooklyn to PA, they didn't inform me of all the inconvenience and all the turns and changes of buses that have to be done, I think that They should be more transparent with the client and explain these things up front so one knows what to expect. Second, they told me a price and after having paid for Zelle, they told me that they made a mistake and that I had to pay $20 more (ok, anyone makes a mistake but this is supposed to be a company and these types of "errors" should not be pass. Third, on my return trip to NY the rate increased another $20 dollars for an alleged error. Too bad, agree why this leaves you very bad! Lastly, we are not in the Dominican Republic and unless you are Dominican, we will not You are going to want to listen to bachata for 4 hours straight. I suggest you train your employees in customer service. I do not recommend this company at all.

Excellent service. Respectful drivers, they don't play loud music, excellent service.

Very terrible and rude customer service! I was trying to book a cab to NYC with them. When I called a lady I spoke to, told me they don't drop off at Manhattan, where I wanted to go. So I said I'll call them back with another address but in the mean time my plans changed. Before I could call them and tell them that, the lady who I spoke to before called me 3 times and I couldn't pick up. When 4th time she called me, I picked up and told I couldn't go, she yelled at me and hung up on me. Also, the inquiry form on the website is useless, noone ever calls back once you put in details on that form.

THE WORST VAN SERVICE EVER! They picked me up from Bethlehem at 3: 45pm and i didnt reach to Brooklyn NY until 9 oclock! Its only a 2 hour distance. I had to get out one van and wait 20 minutes for another one it was horrible. I dont advise people to use it

Unprofessional-First time using this service it does not meet the criteria to be called a true business. When scheduling my ride from PA to NYC, I was greeted with " Buena ", first red flag, Against my better judgement I still scheduled the ride and was provided the price. I was called back to be informed that my fee was mis-quoted, I agreed to the new price which was just a few dollars higher (still cheap). When I was picked up, I was quoted yet another price in addition to being inconvenienced by having to get off at a McDonalds and transfer to another vehicle and listening to bachata the entire trip (instead of my headphones). I got to my final destination (which also changed) safely. My expectations were a bit different from the good reviews listed of (5 Stars). I certainly got what I paid for, I do not plan on using this service again for myself nor my visiting friends & family. I speak both English and Spanish; but I believe any non-Spanish speaking rider would be potentially uncomfortable. But I see this van service is still in business and has a specific clientele most appear to be satisfied with the end results (mediocrity).

Too hood for me; I called to see if they were still in business around 12 pm and the man that answered seemed to be home half asleep. Sorry to disturb you sir.

Go! Xpress is pretty underrated in my opinion. I went to NY, Brooklyn with a family member and the ride was smooth, very comfy and the driver was really nice. He opened the door for me and my family member and even checked up on the people to see if they were good. This is why I personally think Go! Xpress is underrated and good.

Very unprofessional, starting with those who answer calls and schedule trips. I don't recommend it as a last option.

Customer service is horrible. We had a flat tire and the driver was doing all he could to remedy the situation because he couldn’t remove the spare tire from beneath the van. When I called to inform them that they had an extra passenger and I was in the rain trying to help for 1 hr 1/2 and asked if we would get a discount. She made a sarcastic comment that’s all I care about also she said that I should have removed
My son and myself if there was an extra passenger. She has no idea what is going on in my
Life for her to make those comments. This lady which speaks English wanted to argue with me and then blamed everything on the driver. I was spending $180 weekly but I rather spend my money where the customers are valued.

The company is not responsible! The service is not very bad! They told me about it until I experienced it, they don't have customer service either. You call to travel in an hour but it could be that other people with more priority get in and you stay! Not recommended

It was fine, I don't give five stars because the driver on several occasions made improper maneuvers and did not respect traffic regulations.but they are compliments
