We had just had our oil tank filled and it began to leak! We called around and no one could get their hand on a replacement tank because of the pandemic. We emailed them on Tuesday night and by 8: 00 the next morning they had called us and said that they had a bunch of oil tanks in stock and the could be out the next day to replace our tank. The showed up early in the morning and had the tank replaced by 12: 30! Amazing! Highly recommend their services. The two gentleman that came for the repair were very nice and polite.

Had electrical work done inside & outside. Older home so it wasn't easy. Not to mention continuous rain. Justin & Don got right to it! Job done and I couldn't be happier!

I recently had an air conditioner and furnace replaced. I was told they did not have the 1 ton unit anymore and they would have to install a 2 ton which Ben said was not a big deal. He quoted a lump sum which ended up being thousands of dollars more that I could have paid to have these services done. The air conditioning unit is much bigger than any of my neighbors so I know they could have offered something more reasonable for my situation. They will not give me a breakdown of the cost to show how they came up with this estimate. Definitely compare their quote with others before you use them. Buyer Beware!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON A NEW FURNACE/AC SYSTEM AND NOW THE BOSS WHO SOLD ME THE SYSTEM NOW REFUSES TO EVEN RETURN MY CALLS. He shouldn't be dealing with the public as his overall personality isn't inviting in the slightest.

On top of that, the AC unit they put in doesn't dehumidify my house when it's on, so it can be freezing in here yet still feel humid, so it doesn't do it's job in making me feel cooler. Researched problem on Google and numerous articles said that the size of the AC is too large for the size of my home. I need to either have the AC replaced or add a dehumidifier to my system.

You can bet I won't be paying for anything with the 10 yr.warranty I have. Hopefully, Amana will contact this lousy company and set them straight as ultimately it's their reputation that's also suffering.
