Ryan in the front office is an exemplary service provider! Any time I have ever communicated with him he has gone above and beyond to help me get things sorted out! His service makes up for the minor issues I have experienced in other areas living at the Golf Club Apartments. I hope you are recognized for your invaluable contribution to the office staff and as a team member at Golf Club Apartments! He is knowledgeable and thorough, but if he doesn’t know, he finds out promptly and finds a way to help you. Five stars!
Excellent home for seniors, young couples and students. The new management is making a big effort in providing a nice living situation for all tenants.
The office could do a way better job then they do some people are helpful but not all. Maintenance guys are great!
Had an appointment to tour a unit today. I received multiple confirmations of the date and time. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited till 5 after and no one showed up.
The office staff is very friendly. When I address a concern, it is always taken care of promptly and in good order.
Our maintenance man Fatimm is friendly and does an excellent job.
Pretty good, not many complaints. However, gym area would be much more complete with a barbell and bench/squat rack
Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Can’t wait to get out of lease. So loud. Everything breaks. My apartment smells like cig smoke today. Do not live here.
My experience with golf club has been great
I love my apartment and the staff has been great. I have been working with Nick carta and he has been patient and wonderful when it comes to assistance.
I’ve been here over 4 years. Convenient location, great community; neighbors are friendly and considerate and property management is attentive and helpful. If I ever have any concern Nick Carta the assistant property manager is only an email away. He always gets back to me right away and genuinely makes me feel valued as a tenant. I only ever had a few routine maintenance issues over the years (a/c made noise, ect.) they were over the next day and resolved the problem. (Replaced the unit). Happy to be a good part of this community!

Nicholas Carta is one of the best staff members at Golf Club. Always willing to work with me the best he can whenever I have an issue.
Would not recommend living here. We have so many issues since we moved in March 2020. Dryer broken and leasing office is not willing to take money off rent. Found mold on our coats in a hallway closet that we have no idea where it stemmed from. Leasing office was also not willing to pay for cleaner fees for getting the moldy coats cleaned. The maintenance staff is extremely nice but the complex is just old and there’s not much the maintenance staff can do to fix issues when they come. Heating system is old and does not set the heat to the thermostat temperature. All in all, not worth the price for these apartments.
I have lived here a little over a year. I like the layout of our 3 Bedroom apartment, but do feel the rent is a bit high and there doesnt seem to be much incentive for tenants to stay. Maintenance crew is friendly and responsive.
I have been living here for a while and the services here are amazing. Quick and painful. Before covid, I would go to the fitness center after work and it is always clean. You can host events in the "clubhouse" which it is very nice.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL and suggest to AVOID stay in this place if possible! I am giving this place a lower star as I could not give half star or lower than that.
My some of the very common negative experiences (repeated throughout my stay) are as follows:
-Water supply gets disrupted without any prior notice, after calling the office we get to know that maintenance is happening but still no clear timeline on when the water will be back! This happens not once but multiple times.
- pool gets closed often, with very short notice or no communication as to why.
- We are still being charged our $30 a month amenity fee although the pool and gym are closed, unreal.
-The heating units all have a broken look to them and appear to be capped at a certain temperature despite how much you fiddle the thermostat. The apartments are really old and not maintained.
-After all of these aforementioned issues, they are very punctual in imposing the late payment fees (10% of rent amount) in one day for those as well who has always paid rent on time and ONLY once due to SYSTEM FAILURE in bank it was delayed.
Very Very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!
We been here for three years, this feels like our home, which will be here fir a couple more years. After our daughter graduates from her school. We look to get our family a new home. The maintenance guys are nice and fast to handle any problems that happen.
I moved here in May simply because the grounds are beautiful and they had a beautiful "resort inspired" swimming pool". I am happy with my apartment and the maintenance issues are handled quickly- but where the pool is concerned- its a disaster. The pool has a leak in it and it loses water all day long everyday. No one is fixing it- and sometimes its a foot below water level. Its also dirty and the lifeguards sitting there are on their phones. Yesterday, which was the hottest day of the year, the pool didn't open at all and there was no communication as to why. Yet we still are charged an amenity fee even though we aren't getting the full offering. I have complained many times and nothing has been done. Its very frustrating. I've even called the district manager and she ignored my calls and emails.
