I had a good experience up until an older gentleman was very rude to me. I originally went to pick up some golf shoes and some tee pegs. That was fine I had no problem with that. I found what I was looking for and decided to take a peek at some irons because I was thinking about getting new ones. The older "gentleman" allows me to try out the Ping irons I was looking at with granite shafts on them. I took a few swings which I will admit weren't the best and he says they aren't for me (I also heard something about being disrespectful to the game, not sure if that was directed at me). After swinging them a few more times he said again that they weren't for me and I tried to ask why so I could understand better but again, he said "They weren't for me" in a very condescending way. Didn't get his name, but very rude. Bad for the game of golf.

The old guy that runs the golf club simulator was rude and took me and friends clubs away after hitting the ground once. Definitely won’t be back here, I will go somewhere that is more friendly.

I am blown away by the customer service I received at this location. I dropped off 11 of my clubs to be re-gripped around 7pm on a Wednesday evening and got a call before 9: 30 am on Thursday morning that they were ready! I had been given a window of 1-2 days for the service to be completed, so for it to have been finished in just over 12 hours was incredible news!

Did an awesome job replacing the grip on the putter. And found a replacement for my broken driver that couldn't be fixed

Not very helpful since I was not in the market for a complete set of clubs

I waited until I had several examples of poor customer service to post this review, but here we are. I won’t bore you with the details, but I tried very hard to give them my business and they literally didn’t want it!

Not attentive 4 young men standing at entrance not even acknowledge (playing games on their ohines) that I needed help
