Brought my clubs in for a first time re-grip. Good selection, good price on labor, and ready for pickup in ~2 hours. Bought ‘Align’ grips with the vertical alignment line…and they’re straight with no twisting, pretty darn good for a non-machine install.

Can I give it zero stars? First, let's start with the website. Boasting about 2018 clubs are here! Really? 2018? !? You want people to take you seriously when you've got a website that's 4 years out of date?

Now, to my experience today. Got a couple discounted vouchers for simulator time, online reservation system isn't working (HUGE surprise). Listed the hours as 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday. Also on that page it says call to reserve a time or "just walk-in". Called, the guy on the phone opened with "Golf USA". No name, no thanks for calling - nada. Asked if there was time available about 11 - not open until 2. Mentioned the hours on the website and the "just walk-in" statement - said those were store hours, simulators are booked until about 2. Asked about other days - "2".

Whoever this guy was he was the most disinterested and useless employee of ANY store or company I've ever spoken with. The reason I bought the vouchers was to get some swings in while my kids are at school and I'm off work - which is between 10am-1pm. The whole purpose of this kind of voucher is to bring in new customers who will then purchase other items in the future. Based on today's experience, IF I'm able to use them before they expire, the chance of them getting any other money from me is highly unlikely (I'd get a refund if I could but it's through a 3rd party so that's not gonna happen).

Seriously, show some customer service/people skills - and UPDATE THE WEBSITE! (really, go find a 12-13 year old who wants some $$ for online gaming - they should be able to knock it off in a couple hours, 3-4 at the most).

Brought my clubs in for a regrip. Repair guy "lost" one of my new grips. Gave him the benefit of the doubt initially but I'm certain I brought it in. Shady, won't be going back again.

Very good customer service. Wish they would invest in upgrading the place though. Needs a face lift.

Awful customer service. No patience. Rude. Have people that work that who can’t do simple math. Only leaving 1 star because I have to. They don’t even deserve that.
