6Their carpet had stain when I moved in but when I moved out, they blamed me for that stain and for me not pointing out when moving in. Then kept part of the deposit. If it is about equipment then it was ok, but this false blaming was very mean.
Knowledgeable maintenance staff that can fix anything. Office manager (Kathleen) very efficient and friendly.
Updated apartments as they come available. Unless your in a hurry, place will be Updated well. Have seen negative reviews. But has more positive than most in the area. Give a call very personable
Love this place. Kathleen and Brenda are amazing.been renting an apartment here for about five and a half months and absolutely no complaints. Maintenance always gets to me as soon as possible. And all my neighbors are super friendly and welcoming.
Trying to think of something positive to say about golfview manor. (Several minutes later). Well it’s a roof over your head and the trees are pretty.
The positive reviews are mostly likely bogus; probably friends of “management”. Desperately PO DUNK
This place is terrible. Thank goodness the chop shop is closed on the weekend. Its the loudest and most annoying place on earth. If you think about moving in you will be Woking up at 8am every weekday either by maintenance wondering around on golf carts or unnecessary projects they even weed wack the pavement. Very high rent. I cant wait til winter so i canshut this place down. Id give it 0 stars if i could.
