One thing I've learned in life is you can't please everyone.so I wanted to avoid unnecessary repairs like an anonymous muffler shop in DuBois.a very good and trustworthy friend highly recommended Goods for an alignment on my 2016 Ford Explorer.guy comes out and said he can't do it as it needed some link bar that I was pretty sure had to be on it as a recall from Ford was issued and the fix came with a rear alignment.same guy calls the Ford dealer and chats with them.he then gets off the phone and says he can get the parts I need from NAPA and it'll be a couple hours job. I'm not mechanic so I said yes.made arrangements to go to said Ford dealer the next morning and the part is on my ride. Ford changed the design in 2020 and he said he was the guy that talked to the guy at Good Tire.when he told him this he sort of brushed him off. I cancelled my appointment at Good Tire and probably saved myself over $500 in unnecessary repairs.not saying the place I am going to won't find something else wrong but if I've learned anything.do your research/homework thoroughly!

Take your car for an alignment, get your trunk scratched up and exhaust broken for free:)
Edit: since I can't reply I already tried the day that it happened and the response was to tape my exhaust, ignore the trunk and tell my husband you guys were going to call the police. The car was given back to my husband with the damage done and when he went back, they had KNOWN it was done and didn't say anything until I complained. Which was met with a piece of tape and hostility. That's 700 bucks out of my pocket now plus a paint job.
