They’ve been incredible with their service all these (11) years, but a recent issue has had them somewhat “drop the ball”; I suppose attributable to supply chain issues etc, however, hoping our Sundance hot tub that we love gets fixed…. 11weeks now…

Requested upgrade of my pool pump and filter in May 2022 did not receive
service until July 2022 Had to contact Goodall Pools numerous times
by telephone and on Goodall Pools Site was told I would receive a callback by Manager in May 2022, never Received said Telephone call. Virtually all
communication had to be initiated by me the "customer".
This company has put off doing my pool for months don’t expect them to do the job the on the date they give you and prepare to be strung along for months with the lamest excuses. We are already paying our loan back and Nothing has been fix on my pool! I was adamant about the dates my pool needed to be done and even gave them 2 extra weeks to start the job. Today I received a call saying it is now being pushed to the middle of August! My original date was 7/18. I’ve had to postpone my anniversary party for the 6th and now I’m being told the work won’t start till the 8th- and won’t be done till the 12th? Beyond disappointed ️
Goodall Pools just replaced the liner in my inground pool and installed a new LED light and controller. They did a great job. The pool looks great and the new LED light is interesting with many different colors and "light shows". I'm very happy with the service from Goodall Pools.
