GoodFellas Pizza, Scranton PA

I've always loved GoodFellas Pizza, Since I was in College I'd always stop down there to hang out on a Friday night or to watch some College football games with friends. The food is really great and the owner Conrad is definitely a fun good guy he's always in his spot at GoodFellas. I definitely still love going there.

Great service and even better pizza! Live the atmosphere and it’s just a few steps away from my university! Would totally recommend if you’re ever in the Scranton area

Took 2 hours to get here; woman taking orders didn't hear me say Taylor, twice. So poor kid went to Scranton then couldn't figure out how to type in the code to get in (was on the phone with him) tried twice. Finally I had to go downstairs to get my food. Then I handed him my credit card which was supposed to have been done when I ordered but she was " busy". So I had to sit in my lobby while the other residents looked on, trying to figure out why this was so difficult. The food was ok but had been riding around Scranton for awhile.
Never again! And I never got a receipt so don't know how much I overpaid for the fun delivery experience.

I haven't order from here in years. I just grab food and it's nothing like I remembered. I hate throwing out food so I gave it to my dog.

There are 2 beautiful ladies at the front who gave exceptional service and made sure my order was correct and out to me quickly. I would highly recommend you visit here if you’re in the area.

I ordered 2 large pizza's hours in advance. The pizza's had a great flavor however they were gummy.not fully cooked. I had to throw them out and who can afford that?

Tried to call in and order the chicken family meal, the lady who answered was RUDE, she said she had a Sprite (comes with the meal) so I asked is it a sprite or Sierra Mist because the last time I ordered they said they had sprite but when I received it it was a Sierra Mist, anyway she raised her voice and said I have sprite, very rude. Then she said the total is is $37 and if I pay with my card $38 and change but the recording says it’s $25 she said that was the price last year so why is it on your recording 10/13/2022? I said by and hung up because I’m all actuality I’ve ordered this before price says one thing and they charge you something else besides the fact one time I never received my food and another time waited hours. I’m done with goodfellas! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER

Great food. Late night hours. The counter girl is super cute and friendly, the owner is a gentleman. What more can you ask for? Oh did I mention the wide selection of beverages? Goodfellas Has it all!

Goodfellas use to be good now your lucky if they come with the food made right and then they get upset when you let them know they messed up it’s crazy even with a simple order of 3 steak & cheese fried onions and lettuce and tomato i get 3 plain steak and cheese. The other day i ordered a calzone with extra ricotta cheese i got extra mozzarella and sauce in the calzone. This is all the time there is Always a problem and always waiting 90 min out 2 hours then you have to wait again to get the right food. If your workers can’t file directions find new ones or train the ones you have pay more. You shouldn’t be in the food business if you don’t know how to.

Confused. I was charged a $3 and a $2 delivery charges plus I tipped not knowing there were two delivery charges

I usually don’t write reviews but the chicken cheesesteak wasn’t actually chipped chicken or whatever it was like slices of prebought chicken cooked in a roll, and the roll tasted sour. The fries were actually cold, and the salad wasn’t even warm it was legitimately hot. Really nice people who run the counter and phone but the food was horrible.

After 1 hour and 45 minutes, we got our food. Pizza was cold and wings that I ordered were wrong. Don't think I'll be ordering from you again. I spent 60.00 on food that sucked.

Great place to grab a bit to eat. I got the chicken salad and it had a ton of grilled chicken on it which was really delicious. My mother adored the onion rings and, my sister loved the gooey cheesy pizza. Prices were very reasonable, & bartender was nice, would come again:)

This is my second time eating here and the first meal was exceptional! However; the latter of the two was horrible. The center of the entire pizza was extremely undercooked and I'm not sure if I'll take my chances on a 3rd meal. I was going to bring the pizza back in, but I live 30 minutes away.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for food that wasn't as ordered and partially missing. When I spoke to the woman at the restaurant about the discrepancies on the menu versus what I received, they did kindly offer to replace one of them (another 30 minute wait) but ignored my complaint about the other. I was also told the item I didn't receive was cancelled, but it was never cancelled on my end and I was charged for it. The order was "heading my way" for 25 minutes (confirmed that it was on the way from the first time i called) even though my home is 2 miles from the restaurant. I'm assuming they were delivering multiple orders, but our food barely passed as luke warm when it arrived. They also did not respect my contact-free delivery request; I chose to order online and contact-free because I am sick. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Owners keep tips of delivery service orders ** update in response** it definitely is true I deliver for Doordash, grub hub, and Uber and over the course of a year and 50+ deliveries all 3 platforms and NONE of them have tipped? Highly unlikely. You’re stealing the drivers tips so we get paid if we’re lucky 4$ for your business. Disgusting.
