Goodwill, Punxsutawney PA

Very dissatisfied that my beautiful girlfriend could not try on clothes to purchase. Store allows for a 2 week return on purchased clothing only for store credit of equal value. This is a ridiculous policy being all merchandise was freely donated out of the goodwill of customers

Find some cool stuff occasionally. They usually have a decent amount of stuff and Staff is nice.

Overpriced, unprofessional, and the cashier on duty was no where to be found. I called out for a cashier to come help me and she never came. I had to find an employee to come get her. Not interested in returning to this goodwill.

Sold half used bottles of body wash and other personal items like that. What kind of store does that? !

They watch you like your gonna steal from them follow you around the store

My wife found a nice winter coat that was half price. Good bargain. I found a small recliner that was way over priced for a used piece of older used furniture. Didn't buy the recliner and wouldn't even if it was on half price. Still too high!
Staff is always kind and courteous.

Your clothing is way to expensive. You are a Goodwill / Thrift shop not a department store. We went down to buy cheap outdoor work clothing. Wow what a shock.did we forget it is unwanted and used? Come on most of the stuff in the store could be price to start. 25 up to 2.00 for houseware & clothing and up to 10.00 for the furniture and they would still make money on it. Items are very overpriced.
