Goodwill at North - Gerald T. Langan Apartments

Very clean and well managed apartment building
no wonder there is a long waiting list!

I have to add
Policy there to apply
Seems unreasonable

I have government rental assistance
Where obviously i was found qualified to obtain
But i was told that HE has his own credit and background check you have to pass to be accepted
That sounds fishy!
Is that only for certain people?

Just found that odd

So, my desire to go there has fizzled out
I'm not desperate
