Goodwill North Versailles Outlet reviews
16This is small for an outlet store but I have visited twice and got some real bargains both times. I travel full-time as a treasure hunter and use the outlets to get cheap flea market fair, bit scored a gem of an antique photo on my first visit here.
I love it I wish I can go once a week the prices are excellent even though3 years ago they were selling electronics for a dollar now they weigh it, but I am still team GW.
Piles of trash people will fight you over literally. And employees are mean and make up the prices as they go. Very dirty and dangerous
The worse GoodWill I have ever seen. Supper Dirty and the way customers have dig through rubbish and they way the staff treat customers is disrespectful.
I am continually frustrated when I enter the store and there are no carts available. There are usually no carts outside either. There are customers who fill a cart and set it at the front of the store and go fill another cart. Staff has said they are not allowed to do this but no one stops them. The one woman manager will make an announcement and help you get a cart.
Stay clear of tables when they're changing, bring gloves, organize your carts for a speedier checkout, it can be fun, but it will always be fend for yourself.
So you donate and they list your item on eBay or their auction site… better off selling yourself. Goodwill is a scam.
It's such a disappointing. We came all the way from Miamisburg, Ohio to check this place out and its soooooo NOT worth it. Yes we did buy some items but we wont ever be back. The store is so unorganized and everything is strewn around with no rhythm or reason. Plus most of the people are rude.
I really don't expect much for goodwill outlets but they need to do something about the staffing. There was only one girl on the register with a line of carts piling up and no one there to help her. It was taking so long we just left. The bathrooms were absolutely horrendous and just the floors in general were terrible. Hire more staff and professional cleaners.
A friend wanted me to go with them. This is not your regular Goodwill. Things are just dumped in bins. When you hear someone hollering they are bringing out new and you have to fight for a spot to pick through the fresh unorganized mess. This is horrible. WEAR GLOVES!
It was my first time there. I didn't know items weren't organized. I think they would sell more of it was like the thrift store on route 65 in Avalon near Bellevue.
This store sells on line auction, but takes 3+ weeks to ship. Not a good place to buy from requesting refubd order #30245979
Total Dump A Lot Of Stuff Was Broken Because They Dont Care They Mix Everything up I Hope They Go Out of Business
Little or no social distancing. When bins are brought out, the employees are often rude and disrespectful to the ppl shopping hollering demands and threats of " no shopping" till they say so. At times its ridiculous. The check out ppl are kind and helpfull, its those who work in the rear some have poor attitudes and are controlling. We are NOT your kids! Difficult 2 get a cart as they allow one person as many as they please so of you come there may be none left. Attitudes thats my issue.
Employees are very unfriendly and love to yell at everyone. I like to go and enjoy myself and not feel like I am under some sort of communist dictatorship. I hope they can employ some people with better attitudes and maybe give some training in treating customers with kindness and respect.
Lots of fun sorting for "treasures"! You never know what's there, just like a treasure hunt!
