Goodwill Store & Donation Center, Fogelsville PA

Purchased a thermos here, turns out it leaks badly.
They do not test anything to see if it's broken, then refuse to take returns/refunds. I'll never trust anything there again.

Brianna gave me sooo much attitude then upcharged me for multiple items were clearly marked (my shirt was 6.50$ then she wrote into the machine 10.50$ for a stained shirt at goodwill). Not to mention she dented my waterbottle when she threw (like seriously threw.) into my bag. So unprofessional and disapointing to see from a company like goodwill.

Was asked to leave for a mask violation. I have an exemption from the PA Governor. It made no difference. Vote with my feet.

What impressed me the most, was the store clerk! Very friendly, which makes your shopping experience even better) they had lots of merchandise to pick from. And their prices are very good.

I've gotten lot of great deals here over the years. Love how they have the household items arranged by color.

Clean and organized, always has full shelves and racks. Normally is priced 2x more expensive than other stores.

Price and selection is good. It would be great if employees would stop blocking isles while chatting with each other

Decided to go back to this store after having a horrible experience about a year ago, only to find jackets and dresses and other items priced at $40-$50! Uhmmm hello goodwill, Calvin Klein dresses are cheaper than this at tj maxx and ross. Who in their right mind goes to goodwill to spend $40-$50 on clothing? A piece? I’ll find it at the goodwill outlet in a month because no body is paying those prices.

First time at this Goodwill and I was so thrilled with my experience! The selection was amazing! So many treasures! My boyfriend even found some items there. I will be frequenting this store again. The woman at the checkout was extremely nice and wrapped my items so carefully. Keep up the great work!

I do like this place but the service staff unfriendly, they are not lovely They do not behave nice with the buyer. If I want to buy someththing they are ask! What? Heee? This is it not nice.
