Dishonest.

Had a slow leak in one tire. Took it to Good Year where I bought the tire. Good Year told me there was a nail in the tire, and there was nothing they could do, wanted me to buy a new tire. Took it to Tray's Tire Service at 6th and Oregon, and Tray's plugged the leak for $10.

Good Year not only told me they couldn't fix the tire that Tray's plugged, they made up reasons why I needed three tires, even though my tires were not yet worn out according to the tread indicators.

This place did not have my tires when I went in for tire replacement. They didn't contact me to let me know or to reschedule.

Explained everything to me they were very knowledgeable in I was able to charge my phone while I was waiting great place

I have a problem with my front driver side tire and the tire keeps losing air. I suspect a small nail, so I took my car to Good Year. Dennis the manager and my favorite technician Pao took great care of me and my car. They fixed my tire and I'm good to go. Thank you so much.

Great service, thorough with explaining what should be done to keep the tires from wearing out due to being neglected.

Good fast service easy to work with great job on the tires. Reasonable prices and good selection. Ordered tires come quickly. Overall very satisfied.

I have been going to this shop for 4 years and Dennis, Randy, and Tiffany have always taken care of me. I trust these guys and they are honest. I'm sure there are places for a few bucks cheaper, but these guys are worth it.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, it’s now Friday and still no answers. Every time I’d call for an update, they would say “we are still trying to figure it out” very unprofessional and not on top of things. I’ve been coming here for 3 years for oil changes and other problems, I will not be back.

I continue to be impressed with this Goodyear. I have been taking my car to them for years. I never feel up-priced and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The work is quality and I will keep bringing my car back here for maintenance and necessary repairs.

I have been taking my car here for a year now. They are great mechanics and the manager Dennis is trustworthy. Always takes care of me.

Had a part coming off the bottom of my car and they took my car right in and we’re quick resolving the issue. Randy was especially helpful. Nice waiting room with complimentary drinks and television.

This will be my go to spot for having my work fleet vehicle serviced. Pleasant and efficient staff, and they don’t try to swindle you!

Make sure you have your regular mechanic check everything out before you take it there cuz I'll tell you you need something else when you don't

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, changed my tires quickly. They also checked other components of the car and provided me with possible upcoming issues without pressuring me to make repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back. You earned a loyal customer! Ty

First time change 4 tire for my civic, next day got sensor said TPMS and complaint they said my TPMS sensor broke and I take my car go to Honda dealer and second time on January 2019, change my 2 tire next day got sensor need air, I though because cold weather make my tire always need air but now got worse, TPMS sensor on again. People make is okay for first time but happen again for second time is meant not pay attention on job. No more change tire or buying tire on this place again

The workers here always give 110% at their job, friendly service and top notch work. *RECOMMENDED* Try to call and set up an appointment, don't get me wrong but they do accept walk-ins and give great services but it would be better to call in first. Also very handy in emergency situations but like i posted.give a call.

Wonderful experience. Stopped going there because of previous management. More inclined to return now. Manager came off a little gruff, but soften as we continued to talk. I found myself enjoying his conversation. He kept every customer abreast of what was happening and how much longer they had to wait.

Excellent service! Had a damaged tire, and they got me in and out of their within an hour and a half with a repaired tire, free of charge!
