So expensive! You end up paying twice as much. You're better off going out and getting it yourself and half your money. They have alcohol fee that are ridiculous and also tax, plus service fee, delivery fee etc.prices go up and watch out cause they will add bag fees

I followed the directions and emailed your company like you asked, and the email you gave is not a working email, my email was returned. My account is still disabled and i’m being led in circles still. Wow.

I ordered from gopuff faithfully 2-3x a week spent THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of dollars and never had any problems up until the other day when my account was disabled for no reason, no one can help me or tell me why. I assumed it was a mistake as I was such a good customer for so long but this is how they treat their loyal and well paying customers. I will never again order or recommend anyone order from them as this is how they repay you for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Gopuff you should be ashamed of yourselves. I could never imagine treating a loyal and devoted customer like this. Everyone kept saying to file an appeal through an appeal form that no one could give me. I even tip the drivers above and beyond unlike everyone else in this city. You have horrible business practices and your customer service is wretched. You lost a loyal customer for life.

Gopuff industries: This company is unscrupulous! Do Not buy anything from them! They do Not care where their money comes from & even people who don't have accounts with them are charged hundreds of dollars with no recourse. Thier customer service is a joke. They are not even remotely concerned about clientele. Actions speak louder than words & this company has no pride. They're just thieves stealing hard earned people's money. You reap what you sow & eventually this buisness will go under with practices like these. Please if you get any unauthorized charges on your card from this company STOP your card! They will clean out your account & they won't even hear your grievances.

They let someone hack my account order a $1000 worth items. Never contacted me back after I filed the the form has been three months. And then I'm going to the car. Chime has been denying my Dispute The order is not on my Order list No recipient to my email i need the answers.

So I've had several bad experiences with gopuff but today I've reached my limit! First my son has down syndrome and a tendency to wander off occasionally. Because of this i need deliveries to be left on the doorstep with no contact with the driver. My doorstep is about 10 to 15 yards from the front gate, i have no pets. The delivery instructions say all of this! But the drivers continue to leave the delivery outside the gate or inside the gate on the ground. So i had a bad experience with the last driver that was so frustrating i came outside in my boxers! So gopuff reached out by email and Noah Borchers called me today from gopuff. The conversation with this person was worse than the bad experience with the driver lol! I just deleted the app! I will be shocked if gopuff is still in business in 6 months they just don't understand "CUSTOMER SERVICE" or they dont care and just want your money!

I am a driver for go-puff Southern Cali and i have had a real good experience with them UNTIL, i got a email accusing me of all kind of malice and then deactivated. I was in shocked, They told me they got a complaint about my work ethnics and my integrity of my job, they said i was unessential and unethical. I responded with that the report given to them was incorrect and that i was requesting to be reactivated i ask for a full investigation and was told they made a decision to keep my account deactivated. I with all the miss pay and no millage and hourly pay i was always complaining about they never responded. I am in the process of suing them.hey need be sued.

Former employee I would not recommend anybody to work for this company long term it’s not a bad job at all because I did enjoy my time working for this company. However, my main concern is with the management team. Lack of communication, neglect on employees and lack of leadership. I got injured on a job back in February almost a month ago I was on leave from my injury had to heal from spraining my right side that was close to my abdominal. I was told by my doctor I’ll be able to return to work on march 14th I informed my site leader/ general manager he did not respond to my messages on the work app “Slack” so I wasn’t receiving no answer I went back to my job site with my doctor papers and to see what’s delaying my return basically terminated me and he stated it was from attendance weeks ago and it was HR decision (which I disagree because I know a site leader can report a employee to HR and it’s the fact they didn’t inform me the same day it happened they wait on giving write ups to employees) but they never brought it to my attention until I went to my site #132 on March 16 I was also informed go puff was going through another RIF (reduction in force) as well and I still yet haven’t received my workers compensation this company just needs to improve on their communication within the management team because lack of communication you can’t expect to keep a business/ site running especially with having employees you keep neglecting.

You need to tell your drivers have patience
Especially when someone leaves a tip smh
Too many times careless leaving items on wrong step. They quick to say called go puff. Refund or not it is careless and ignorant. Also the app is slow. Say packing next thing you know driver calling saying outside no patience at that. Better customer service from both parties

On 2/20/2023 I placed an order for $24.04 I had been ordering over
6mths and had accrued enough for a discount order with my bonus points.the system didn't work and I was charged full price. I called and spoke with a girl named"Ion" who said she could not correct the system error but she wanted me to accept another bogus credit promise. I declined the credit and spoke with someone named "Jason" who identified as manager. Jason told me to Dispute this purchase and GoPuff will give me a credit. I told Jason this was Fraud to just give me my credit $10
All I want is my money credited Gopuff is cheating and I don't want to play the game

Basically never had an order that wasn't messed up, whether it be missing items, the driver not notifying me of delivery so my order sits out on the stoop for an hour, or the order just flat out not showing up with no communication at all. Customer support could care less. The only reason I continue to order is because I live in a food desert with virtually no other options. This company is joke, they would have been out of business by now if they actually relied on turning a profit to stay afloat. Shameful

Use Instacart instead. Gopuff is an unneeded service that will eventually be made obsolete by a better provider. No one needs this application.

Hi. I've been driving for Gopuff for about six weeks. This morning I arrived at the Ridley location to do my 10AM-4PM scheduled shift. I logged into my app and waited for my first order. And waited. A few other drivers came and went seemingly without picking up any orders. I was thinking that Sunday may be a very slow day. I finally walked up to the door to find an envelope taped to the door saying "Warehouse closed. Better luck tomorrow". I then went on to the customer Gopuff app to see if there were any deliveries from the Ridley location and it also stated that this location was closed. I then went into my driver app to drop the hours. Later I got a notification that hours had opened up starting at 3: 30PM. I then went to the Gopuff customer app and saw they were now delivering from the Ridley location. Is there any way to inform a driver that the location will be temporarily closed and being that I dropped the shift at 12: 05 PM will this reflect on me getting the opportunity to get more scheduled hours? I understand that maintaining a 100% completion rate is imperative.
