They screw the paperwork up and will refuse to load you. Making you come back another day for 1 pallet. "we don't have enough help" is not a good enough excuse to give a customer.

Extremely poor communication. They they lost or someone has stolen a camera I won on a bid. I purchased back in April. I've made numerous calls to get to the bottom of this with absolutely no help what so ever from Gov. Planet or Iron Planet. I'm very disappointed. I'll never bid with them again.
