You have to show up 15 minutes before your 12 hour shift starts and there is no grace period for clocking in. If you’re even 30 seconds late it’s a half a point. Megan Wetzler the hr manager has very little sympathy or compassion for the employees and Jennifer Doudrick probably has zero. However you can be lazy, sneak outside for cigarette breaks, yell at supervisors, argue with other employees, be careless with your work etc and still manage to not get fired. ‍️
