Food was great, I highly recommend the sweet potatoe waffle fries. It was clean and the staff was very nice. It is set like a 50s diner, but kept very nice.

Placed an order online and was told 20 minutes and that pick up would be 10: 59. When I got here and gave my name for pick up, the lady was confused almost as if they never put my online order in. Order was not ready until 11: 25 and I had to ask multiple times for an update.

Great breakfast food! I ordered french toast and it was definitely the best I've had in a restaurant in a while. The service was great, very friendly. It appeared very clean and well taken care of. I'd definitely recommend, and I'll be back soon!

Staff and owner couldn’t have been nicer and really enjoyed breakfast and the cheesesteak wrap with my lady! I’ll be back!

I’m a regular for years and it feels like home when I stop by! The staff is like family, the food is reasonably priced with large portions, and tastes just like that down home warm and cozy meal! Love it!

Food quality is nothing special, but fine. Very small portions and very much overpriced. Probably will not return

Meatloaf on Senior lunch menu gave you quantity not quality.maybe breakfast is better, but I'll never find out.

Food was excellent for breakfast. Fluffy big pancakes, sausage eggs and the home fries were delicious. Bacon was very thin for my taste, but that's me. Service was especially on point and very very good. Definitely will go back again.

Our new favorite place. Hospitality was amazing. We walked in were & felt right home. Our server Nicole was awesome. Our food was delicious. Fresh sausage, fluffy French toast.mmmm. Can't wait to return.

It is with my deepest regret that today (12/18/2022) will mark the end of an era in which I no longer will be able to frequent Gramm`s. I`ve been coming here since back in my high school days. While I fully understand the cost of rising food prices, inflation and everything else going on with the downfall of this country, it was quite a sticker shock for me to pay almost $7.00 for a glass of orange juice when just last week it was half that price! When we stopped in for breakfast.

I wish the owners and staff of this establisment the best, but I can no longer continue to support this establisment with these absurd increase in prices.

I had the pleasure of having the Caprese Salad with jumbo shrimp yesterday for an early dinner. It was absolute perfection! The shrimp were grilled perfectly…nice and juicy, not over-cooked. Fresh greens were used along with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I topped it off with balsamic vinaigrette. I also had a side of zucchini marinara which was delicious! My compliments to the chef…. It was a dinner totally enjoyed by this Italian Mama! Thank you Gramms Kitchen. Well done!

Overall this was a very nice lunch stop. Food was pretty good and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Giving four stars because I felt the tables and chairs could have used a good wipe down.

Creamed chipped beef was amazing! The servers were all so friendly and kind. It was our first time there and we would definitely go back again!

IMMACULATE and GOOD FOOD TOO!
The first thing I always do when I'm first seated in a diner is look at the table and the arrangement of condiments at the end of the table. This is a pretty accurate marker of what kitchen management is like.
Gramms polished wood tables were sparkling and the containers of condiments looked right out of the store.
Oh yes, the food is delicious and the service quick too.

Breakfast with the girls and kudos to our server Nicole! The food tasted very fresh and I like the fact that they don’t pre butter your toast. Be kind to all servers, everywhere. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, and restaurants are doing their best to make sure our hungry tummy’s are fed! No pics this go around as I was hungry. I will return. Highly recommended!

Divine experience. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and the food felt too clean. Very friendly, super efficient customer service.

I was in search of a nice place that serves good food. I found GRAMMS KITCHEN completely by accident through an internet search. What a find! First, it’s very easy to find, right along Gay Street as you enter West Chester. Second, it’s a bright and cheerful on the inside. Our waitstaff was kind, friendly and enjoyed exchanging fun and witty conversation.
The menu was a bit more extensive than I had expected. Food was cooked and arrived at the table promptly, and was a real treat! The food was amazing! I had the chicken parmigiana, my date had the broiled scallops. Both were a huge surprise! Great portions and full of flavor.
This is one place that did not disappoint in every area for me. I am looking forward to the chance to go back and enjoy another meal, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Horrible wait staff who came even get an order correct. Food is decent but not when you order a soup and meal and the soup comes out same time as meal instead of before.
