We have used Grand Slam Inflatables for all our inflatable rentals for the past 3 years. We are very please with the customer service and the quality and care of the bounce houses.

Brad absolutely saved our summer party! We live far away from most Inflatable Companies ~ I called Grandslam Inflatables and spoke with Brad explained my situation and he delivered the slide & the Joust to the house Saturday and because of the distance we had the inflatables until Sunday morning. Brad thought outside the box and accommodated my situation when other companies would not. Kids & Adults had a blast! The slide was amazing! Brads customer service was over & above! I will be renting from Grandslam Inflatables for our yearly parties! Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Grand Slam! Both times I got the large inflatables, one for indoor and one was outdoor. They are very easy to work with! They set up and tear down. Very pleasant and professional!

Called last minute to add a little extra fun to my son's birthday party and they were very accommodating. Professional and timely installation and tear down. Great experience, will work with them again!

We rented the 5-1 inflatable this past weekend, and it was such a hit! A wonderful company, with great set up and take down personnel!

We rented a giant waterslide for a July 4th party. The owner was very easy to work with and took the time to review pics of our property to make sure everything would fit. The waterslide was delivered on time and set up within 30 minutes. All of the safety precautions were clearly explained. Our crew consisted of school age kids, teens and adults. Everyone had a blast with the waterslide. It was in great condition.

I will caution anyone with really young kids, this waterslide is super fast. Our two year old granddaughter was a little too young for it and was pretty scared. But everyone else absolutely loved it.

The next morning the owners picked it back up and hauled it away within a short time. All round a very good experience and I would recommend Grand Slam Inflatables for your party needs.

Grand Slam Inflatables hits it out of the park. We have used them for the last couple years and they have been great! Friendly and reliable. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

We have rented from this company twice and have had great experiences both times. Brad and his wife are very professional and friendly. The inflatable was clean and in excellent shape. The kids (and a few adults) loved it! We will definitely use them again in the future.

Very professional business owner. Rented the 5 in 1 bounce house for my daughter's birthday party. They had a great time and some adults may have played in it as well.

After paying cash for my rental, it rained on the day of our party. Grand slam called and cancelled the rental. On Monday when I returned to get my refund, I was told that I could only have a store credit because of company policy. When I explained we already had the party his answer was use it next year. He then flat out told me he couldn’t refund me because they didn’t have the money. Pretty awful customer service from a small business owner.

In reply to the owner. My event went ahead as planned. The only thing canceled was the inflatable, by you. I still have the incoming call on my records. I used my credit because a friends daughter was having a birthday party so I donated my credit to the cause. Sometimes doing the right thing is more important than the all mighty dollar. But you seemed to sleep well keeping my $300 for doing nothing more than making an appointment so I don’t think you quite understand that. I applaud your attempt to throw dirt on my review, though.
