I do appreciate Dr. Karp for her patience which is always followed up by giving truly excellent advice and care.

Dr Karp is so patient and caring. Took time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to ask as well.

I typically go for simple well checks but Dr Lorraine is always patient with me and takes time to answer any questions I have for him.

Dr Karp is very thorough. She takes the time to listen and cares about finding a solution to any health problems you may be dealing with. She always makes you feel comfortable and never rushed

Dr. Karp is very professional and very caring. She listens to her patients. She actually pays attention to what you say. She offers treatment options (when available).

Dr. KARP is a WONDERFUL doctor. She's been my doctor for as long as I can remember, and I've been going to Harleysville Medical for over 30 yrs. I have only wonderful praises to say of Dr. Karp. Her "bedside manner" is second to none. She cares. Dr. KARP is very thorough and professional, yet I never feel rushed. She is also kind and compassionate to not just me, but also to my husband, who LEFT the practice he was going to because he came with me to see Dr KARP as I am disabled, and he said that the way she took care of me is EXACTLY how a doctor should treat a person that sees them. THAT is SO very important when a person is sick, scared and vulnerable. I saw Karen Maxwell, NP, there last week, and she was also very thorough and kind to me, even calling me to see how I was that evening. I'm afraid that is almost where my positive experience with Harleysville medical stops. I have to call the office sometimes and deal with some of the receptionists and nurses and that can be very unpleasant to downright RUDE, with the exception being Receptionist, Terry. I trust her to relay my messages and she's cheerful. Some other receptionists and even some nurses that I have personally dealt with could benefit with a few lessons from Terry on POLITE "customer service". IT MATTERS! I've never been asked for a balance to be paid til last week. I told the receptionist, Kelly, that I'm sure my husband paid it and she SO RUDELY said "No he DIDN'T, that's why it came up on my screen! " SO cocky-she talked down to me with a "holier than thou" attitude. I told her I know nothing about our bills, so she put a post it with the amount "due" on my summary. My husband is proud of his perfect credit, and mine, and he called and told her he didn't appreciate her insinuation, especially to me. Almost, literally every time I have to call there, I am treated like a nuisance, and in a good mood in all the times I've gone there had messages for the doctors and IMPORTANT prescription requests that were not even relayed.

Another great experience with Dr. Richard Lorraine, M. D.at Grand View Health in Harleysville. He’s been my primary doctor for more than 30 years and he’s always had my best interests when it comes to my health. Very personable and very knowledgeable in his field. The staff as well. I highly recommend

Great bedside manner, caring, eloquent and his explanation was clear, easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the reason I booked the appointment was not forwarded to the Doctor. I hope it doesn't become a problem with Medicare.
However Dr. Lorraine waz very good.

Dr. Karp always takes the time to listen to my concerns and at times has gone above and beyond to follow up on how I am progressing with the treatment. I highly recommend Dr Karp if anyone is looking for a family doctor.

I was very happy with Dr. MaryAnn Karp. Very pleasant, she takes her time with you. You can ask her anything and she'll answer you. The whole staff is great. The nurse that worked with her was great. I'm so happy to be with this practice.
