Horrible place to live PLEASE do not sign with these guys you will regret it!

False advertising. No bike room! Trash room, services rooftop and gym not available! Moved into dusty dirty apartment. Way to expensive for poor services no available amenities. I’m so happy to be done with that lease!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Let's start out with the false advertisements: This place does NOT have a "state-of-the-art" fitness center. It has three stationary bikes, three treadmills, and a rowing machine. When I asked the property manager, they said that they will not be adding any more equipment (even simple free weights or stretching equipment) because there is an apartment below the fitness room. There is NOT a bike room. When we toured, they showed us the room that was suppose to be the bike room, but it is now a trash room. The property manager said they do no plan on making this a bike room nor do they plan on making an outdoor space to lock bikes. Now, lets talk about the problems within the building itself: THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE FUNCTIONING FIRE ALARMS ON THE THIRD AND FOURTH FLOORS. That's right folks (highly illegal). No word from the property manager on that one. They do not utilize the package room and packages are more often stolen than delivered. The walls are extremely thin to the point where I can hear every conversation my neighbors have. The basement units seem to flood every time there is bad weather. OH, and you can't contact the property manager to get into your apartment if you are locked out on weekends or after 5pm on weekdays. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. RUN AWAY!
