I bought a new Sierra 1500 SLT from this dealership on February 24. In less than 4 weeks I started experiencing problems. I brought it in for service and for 3 days I’m being told that “they’re working on it”.
I’m a contractor and need my truck for work. I haven’t been able to work for 3 days, now going to be 4 tomorrow. They still have no idea what’s wrong with it but assured me it’s not their fault. 1,500 miles and already in the service department for who knows how long.
The whole team at Granite Run was so helpful. They treat everyone like family. Patrick listened to our wants and needs, and put us in the perfect vehicle!
It was easy to set up the appointment- the receptionist was very accommodating.
My car was taken in a timely manner and work was completed perfectly.

Had to return the car because it would not start again! Hopefully you will find and fix the problem. I did receive a car to use which was a positive.
Maybe the service advisor woke up on the wrong side of the bed - I don't know what the issue was but it was the rudest and most obnoxious experience I ever had with service. I didn't even get the paperwork filled out to have my issue addressed before I was told they can't help me. Suffice to say I will NEVER be going back there. Just another reason GM is tanking.
Service Department Personnel are very efficent, tells the customer what they need to know and to help maintain car performance. Courtesy Vehicle pick-up was vey appreciated.
Had cracked brake pads which has never happened in over 60 years of driving many cars. Is this a defect that Buick should be made aware of? Also, a crack in the rear brake light lens necessitated replacing the entire unit at over $500. Why doesn't Buick make just the lens available?
My Encore ABS light stayed on and needed attention. The problem was quickly handled
and taken care of by the service department.
Outstanding! They were able to fix the problem within 3 hours of dropping off my car. I may look forward to more engine problems if I receive the same service.:)
Fairly pleasant experience. Had to play a little hard ball to get the deal I wanted but Mark Obrien the GM complied fairly easily & has a pleasant demeanor.

I took my mom for her scheduled maintenance on her Buick. The service department went over and beyond on customer service. The escorting to the car and opening/closing of the doors was a nice touch!
Everyone is always helpful when I come in. I needed a last minute oil change and came in without an appointment and they were able to accomodate me. If I have a question about how to with the vehicle because it's still new to me, someone will always answer the questions.
Worked with new sales guy Jim, great guy! During the process had some concerns on some features of the Arcadia. Mark Sales Manager and Van Service Manager helped me out and got me the answers I was looking for.
They really do want to make their customers happy!
