I came here with a referral and all started well. However, at some point Leon decided he no longer wanted to take on my case, and began quoting me prices materially higher than the ranges he confirmed in initial conversations. Nor was he able to provide a cogent explanation as to why he raised his prices. I kept careful notes of our discussions and he was not able to address any of the discrepancies. Beware.
