Grant Nail Salon, Philadelphia PA

DO NOT COME HERE! Rude and hateful people. I wish I could give them zero stars. I got my eyebrows done and the manager totally took all my hair off with an inch and a half space between my eyebrows. Totally thinned them out. I got my eyebrows done first by one of the ladies working there who did no work, when I asked to fix them the manager came and pulled me by my arm down on the chair (she has anger managements!) and when I asked for my money back she kicked me out of the store and said to never come back. Trust me I won’t, worst PLACE EVER. DO NOT COME!

Won't come back in here, been 3 times, will better do at home, or look for a better salon. Always had poor job and total disrespect. Had manicure twice with Angela, and it was so hard to handle her, she was keep screming "you drive me crazy" all the times, mavbe like 10 times literaly, I'm usually always nice to everybody I, had my own short nail no extension, no droving pictures, no problem with the nail, just take them nice I explained I wonted to have kind of oval shpe for my nails, I ask her to file them from both side only and live original shape that I had, she make them very round. I had to do it again at the salon, after her witch make them even more shorter. Not to mention each time that I, went over there, they cut my skin, that my finger start little bit bleading, and did not even do anything, , at least take care of that, once it happen not just ignore. I don't know why they treat me like that, overthere I, always give them a good tips, I give $10 tips from 35 bill at first to Angela, than they I had someone else who was at least more normal I would say and nicer I gave her $7 from 35, and last time I pay $70 bill for mani and pedi nail nails an $11 in tips, I, was the last customer and I put $11 on table for both girls to split, as I was giving I, herd one girl was saying more, more, that is total disrespect, wont come back over there anymore.

I'm the son of the Nail Salon worker. So I currently helping out and you can see me in real life while sitting in the VIP Room. I liked this place so the workers are nice.

First time in this salon and I had an excellent experience. The salon is clean, well organized, plenty of colors to choose from and was acknowledged bu staff (as soon as I came in). I asked Yuki to do dipping powder and keep my nail looking natural (short natural) and this is exactly want she did. I will be bringing my mother. The pedicure with hot stone and towel, and massage was excellent. I felt pampered which is what I needed.

I go here with my girlfriend and get pedicures. Love it and the ladies are very nice. My feet feel great when I'm done

Nice salon, but very busy all the time. Prices doesn't match what they charge actually, first they said one amount, but charged much more.

The prices are no longer 'a bargain' & their attention to detail has continued to slip. Also their charging a 'service fee' of $2. + for using your debit card to pay! So for me the extra bucks for less service isn't worth it.

I've been going here for a few years and usually they are pretty good, but I went in last week and they were busy which is fine, and I don't mind waiting. I waited for 30 minutes and in that time several more people came in to wait, when the next available nail tech asked who was next another woman jumped up and cut in line so to speak. The owner who knew I was there before her didn't say a word. So I put my polish back and left, went across the road to Queen Spa (no wait) and they were busy too, the two managers waited on me and did a fabulous job. I will not be going back to Grant. Customer service is important especially if you waste my time.

Mediocre job on gel mani and pedi. Also had my eyebrows waxed and they look as if there was nothing done to them.

I was left unsatisfied.

Definitely the best experience ever in a nail salon! Kim did such a wonderful job! She picked the color for me and I absolutely love it!

This was my first time there and I was VERY impressed with the staff! Everyone was so nice and friendly.
Nina did my pedicure and it turned out beautifully.

I love getting pampered there great staff very personal my last visit on a holiday before closing I got a rush job not satisfied

They were so sweet, understanding and went above and beyond to help make sure your comfortable Physically and especially with your choice of color, shape, etc. Even though I was so late, they still wanted to make sure I was going to like my color! And did my moms and sisters nails! We’ll all be back, And I regret not having come here sooner! If you need anything and want to make sure they are clean too, then I Highly recommend!

Used to love coming to this shop as the service was amazing. My daughter treated me recently to a mani/pedi which we've gotten many times before. Only difference on this trip is I tried a different nail type. We charged $140 for gel mani/pedi which seemed high. When questioned about it the tech was condescending and rude to my child who asked her very politely why the difference. We drove past many nail shops to support this one.

Before leaving I told the tech how disappointed we were as we passed many other shops to support this one. She in essence blew me off. I can not in good faith support a business that doesn't respect me or the quality of it's customer service. Sad, as the tech who did my nails was great.

Went in today and wasn't busy at all 3 other people in there which 1 was finishing up so 3 customers including myself. Just came in for a manicure, the woman I had filed my nails they started dipping them I had to remind her I just wanted a manicure. She took off the powder then finally put my hand in the warm water to soak for about 30 seconds. (Which usually longer than 30 seconds) felt very rushed yet they had no waiting customers to rush for. The prices have increased by $5 yet less service.
