I use Graybar throughout 12 states and have always had a great experience. Large selections, timely deliveries on site, and knowledgeable employees. However, this specific store has been the complete opposite. Employees at the counter have zero knowledge about basic conduit, rigid pipe, fittings, MCM wire, ground rods and the list goes on. The delivery guy is nice but the store itself needs a lot of help. Putting someone in the store with a little knowledge about the products to train the young kid would definitely help.
