Grayco Apartments

This is a terrible place to live. The building is old and raggedy. Infested with mice and fruit flies. The building manager Anne is hardly ever available. She shows up to the office late and leaves early. She is the only person to talk to, If she has a day off/ vacation time there is no employee in place of her so if something happens during that time you are SOL for days-weeks. No way to get in contact with the higher ups, Parking is terrible, walls are thin, and they raise the rent every year with no renovations or improvements. STAY AWAY! I would give zero stars if I could

Ann seems sweet and hospitable. I mailed my rental application (grom Harrisburg to Harrisburg) because I work when she works. Two weeks and three texts later, her story that my mail never arrived didn't change. I kept looking elsewhere.

I lived in Grayco for 2 years and loved my experience here. For a downtown apartment, it's actually pretty quiet (I lived on the 6th floor) and the management is both welcoming and helpful. The studio apartments are actually quite large for their price. The location is great - it's just a few blocks down from a ton of restaurants, and you can see the capitol building from Grayco's roof. The other residents are also very nice. I always tell people that I wish I could take Grayco with me when I move.
