Great Clips, Pittsburgh PA

Friendly workers but difficult to get in to the parking lot sometimes because of the Dunkin Donuts drive thru.

Asia is a fantastic stylist and always does my hair so well, in addition to keeping things interesting

Kind employees and a clean shop. I have an easy cut so I give four stars as I cannot vouch for a more in-depth haircut.

Anthony was quick, accurate and did a great job. I will go again. Much closer to home, now that l moved, and far less wait time.

35 minute wait. I didn't check in ahead of time, so nbd. I'll come back another time. Next to a Dunkin' Donuts, which no longer sells a toasted coconut donut which, imo, is a big mistake.

Was a walk in.told i had a 15 minute wait, no problem i said, waited 15 minutes then 2 guys walked in
And went right to the top of the list. I was then told i would have to wait another 39 minutes so i walked out

I always have Anthony cut my hair. He listens to what you say and with his years of experience I always get a great haircut. The staff are all very friendly and seem happy to be working.

I just get a basic cut, and they have always done a good job. Plus, they have plenty of free parking right in front and a coffee shop next door (Walnut place location).

Most workers are not skillful. Can do just a really simple haircut. Even if you show them a picture of what you want, they'll do something else.

My girlfriends dad went in. Got a layered cut. Was extremely happy with the service. He said it was an old man but he can't remember his name. Very personable. Nice location and he took him on walk in.

Great place to get kids hair cut before school and anytime. Good coupons! I don't ever see any for Super Cuts.although we go there also. Great Clips has coupons many times during the year. Usually like $6.99 for a child haircut. Nice place.very clean. Some stylists very good with kids.others not so friendly, but great hair cuts none the less. No lollipops. I know.

Very good and they work well with me being in a powerchair. And price is good to. And all the worker are great

I won't be back. My stylist was rude. And I left looking the same. Lol. I was just trying to get a quick trim before seeing my normal salon. No wonder these places are so cheap. They hire the worst and give the worst service.

Checked in online today, a Saturday. The wait was 105 minutes. I showed up at 4: 30 (90 minutes from the time I checked in) and the door was locked with a sign stating they were closing at 5pm. Unacceptable.

It was very busy at Great Clips. Asia gave me a good haircut and style. The sale got everyone out, but the Stylists were efficient and pleasant.

My kids and I have been coming here since they opened, the employees are great and polite. I just think it is rediculous that there is a 48 min wait and 5 people working with the whole salon full and 2 of them have been on break or whatever. They should be cutting hair to get cuatermers finished instead of whatever it is they are doing. 4 people have walked out cause of the wait time.

It was great experience. This is my first haircut in Pittsburgh. I reached the place and I was courteously asked to wait after taking my information. I didn't do the online check in, but even without that it took them 5 mins on a Sunday, to give me haircut. The Hair Stylist named Carlos cut my hair after I showed a picture of mine for the style. It took him 15 mins (or probably lesser). Great haircut, fast service.

I guess you could say that the overall experience at this location really is Great. Everyone is friendly and good at what they do.
