The lady who cut my hair did an amazing job as she had many years of experience. Check-in was quick and easy with the shortest wait times and a fair price in comparison. Would be even cheaper with a coupon.

As with almost every chain hair shop it's hit or miss. Some of the girls can cut hair and some shouldn't be cutting hair at all. In my pictures one of my boys had a pro haircut and the other looks like she used safety scissors. Otherwise a fine place to get a haircut for kids and adults.

Since the owner connected - it’s for my son on 10/28 4 pm (4275 County Line Rd, PA) and for such unprofessional haircut, I don’t think I must waist my money

Knowledgable and professional. In and out, and covid careful. The manager is the hot tattooed chick, get her if you can, she does exceptional work.

I just wanted a simple long layer just at the bottom back and she cut one side straight across half way and left the rest long it looked like a half bowl cut and it was way shorter than the other side all uneven everywhere. I have to spend 50.00 to have someone fix it. I cried all day. Im going to look like an idiot until I find someone to fix it. Horrible place

The lady who cut my hair here was clueless. I kept trying to help her with basic stuff, but every additional second she held the clippers near my head the probability of an irrecoverable mistake kept increasing until I was no longer comfortable and expedited the haircut's conclusion netting a below average result, but avoiding an outright catastrophy.

This place is very unprofessional. It seems that most of the employees have had a weeks worth of experience. I am never returning here again

My son went in to get a haircut. The lady with the short red hair completely messed it up and my son left the building crying because of the cut.
