Great Clips, West Chester PA

Easy online check in process. They got me in the day before Thanksgiving with no complaining. Got me out quickly with a quality cut. They actually did a medium fade where a lot places end up just doing a high fade no matter what you tell them.

I have been going to Great Clips for years. Liz was wonderful, but she left to raise her children. Lexi stepped in and she is very skilled with color and cut. She takes her time and makes sure she is cutting my hair the way I want her to. Just listening to her talk about her profession made it clear that she is good at what she does. I appreciate the time she spends with me and am very pleased with how she styles my hair.

This was my worst experience ever. My hair looks awful. Specially from behind. I wanted square neckline; the lady went above 3-4 inch my regular hairline and made it square. It looks disgusting. Never going back again.

It's quick and easy to get a haircut at Great Clips. You can sign in on their app from home. When you get to the shop, you'll have a short wait or no wait at all. Highly recommended!

Yesterday was my first time getting a haircut at the West Chester location. It’s the worst cut I’ve ever gotten! So choppy and at least 1 inch longer on one side.

Disappointed as hell. I have never seen a hair cut finished in less than 2 mins. The lengths were uneven and she is not even bothered about anything.

I’m never going to this place again.

Been going to this location for a few years now and have never left unhappy. Friendly, courteous and a great haircut every time. Highly recommend.

Got the normal usual haircut and I dont even have to ask for it or remember. They just confirm if I want what I had last time and say what it was and I'm like "Yes! " Simple haircut for a guy so it went great. I imagine as hair styles get more complex it may change the quality but everyone in there seemed happy after their haircuts.

For ease of access I checked in on their website ahead of time. Instead of waiting there for like 30min on the waitlist, I was able to just checkin leave my house go there and wait for a couple minutes as they finished someone up and I was seen right away. Pretty solid experience.

Took my daughter here to take some inches off her long hair. They did an awesome job! Will definitely go there again.

Worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. DO NOT GO HERE! Haircut was rushed, uneven, no fade. I had to go to another shop to get it fixed.seems like they just hand out scissors to anyone.

Consistent hair cuts. Usually easy to get in and out without a long wait. They are no longer requiring masks for vaccinated folks.

A warm friendly atmosphere and good service have been going to them for many years go figure I don't go far but where I go it's the best

Not a great place if you are transgender. The stylists constantly act as though I don't understand the haircut I am getting. It is very frustrating, as I always go in and ask for the same thing, but I still get questioned every time. Just listen to what people want to do with their own hair please.
