Paij is very personable and pays close attention to detail. (I am a very busy Realtor and I love being able to check in with the app ahead of time then walk right in)

Woman had absolutely no idea how to cut a child’s fade haircut, paid $15 then left and had someone else cut it. Ladies spent more time talking w each other than paying attention to what they were doing.

Waited for an hour then when it was finally my turn the only 2 girls there walked off and took a break it the exact same time

Solid haircut's there by 2 different employees, not a great place to sit and wait around though and the overall appearance is of low effort

This is the second time I took my son there and it blows my mind that a stylist can't shave a straight line in the back of someone's neck

Went to get haircut and I was told I would be next as there was no one else waiting. After waiting almost 20 minutes another person came in. They took his name and then told him he was next. Utterly rude. Won't go back.

Id say 9 out of 10 times I'm happy with my cut here (west york location) and I'm kinda picky. They do a good job!

Me and my daughter went in for trims and he took around 3” off. Very disappointed after see how crooked my daughters hair was on top of how short and after me trying to grow mine out and he cut so much off.

Hands down one of the absolute worst businesses and employees my wife and I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking of getting your haircut, go somewhere else. We had scheduled for our boys to get their haircut and when my boys got there, we had to wait over an hour "just in case" the online customers came in. There were empty chairs and employees waiting around and they refused to cut our boys hair. When they did cut the hair, they weren't willing to listen to my wife on how she wanted the hair to be cut. In addition to this I have seen their employees disrespect customers by closing doors in their face and not being kind.

Great service. Went out of their way to keep my toddler son entertained and calm while they cut his hair.
