7Every time I'm there my son and myself always leave satisfied. I'm not sure if I can choose my own hair stylist, but that's the only recommendation I'd make. The online check-in is great too.
Mother and I were at Great Clips on S Queen St this weekend. My hairstylist was Rachel and Mother had Laura. Both provided excellent customer service. I would rate them higher. But I can only mark five stars. However the ceiling could use a good cleaning as layers of dust are surrounding the air vents. Also some of the hairstylists chairs are not in working order. Everything else looked to be in order. We like the wait time was very minimal. Thanks again Laura and Rachel.

Brittany on S. Queen did exactly what I was looking for! She was personable and professional.
Never have had any issue with my haircuts. But it has now happened multiple times when I will check in via the app where I will check in with about a 10-15 minute wait. Drive the 5 minutes there and find that it has changed and I have to wait 40 minutes longer. I understand 5 or 10. But it is as if multiple people are seated ahead of me making pre check-in pointless.
Brought my 3 & 5 yo in for a Saturday morning cut. The stylists were friendly and engaging with the kids. No fuss. No tears. Just a cut and a lollipop!
