5I am sitting here in the waiting area, 8/16 @ 11: 25 am.it is now 11: 46. We checked in online, we are a bit early but don't mind waiting our turn. However I sat here and watched a young lady stand and chat with the male customer sitting in her chair (not sure but i think showing him stuff on her phone) for almost the entire 25 minutes we sat here. And people wonder why they have a 120 minute wait. Seriously, what a joke.
Picture this, sign says open, walk in to an empty salon, with 2 blanks stares greeting you. "Uh hi" I say - replied with " do you have an appointment? ".
" No " -
" we close in 10 minutes, use the app for a reservation another day" -
no thanks. No wonder we use mt nebo.
Careful with online check-in. Either the system or the store is all too happy to dump you off the list of you are not there AS SOON AS you are notified that your time is APPROACHING. Used to allow up to an hour of leeway. Poor form, and even worse customer service at the desk if this happens to you.
Will never come back. They do not honor waitlist check ins, wasted hours of my time. As for haircuts, mediocrity should not be rewarded.
I always enjoy going to Great Clips never had a bad experience all the stylists have always been very kind and professional
