Great Clips, Whitehall PA

Soon to be Husband got a haircut here today, wedding is in 9 days. A very inexperienced hairdresser had to ask for help twice until she moved him to another hairdresser to fix her mistakes. Very disappointed, this is the week of our wedding, the style was very traditional of a men’s haircut. So disappointed and will never come back. No wonder they have to constantly hand out coupons they need new people in the chair because no one wants to come back

I always have good experience at this Great Clips. All the staff are very friendly and most of them have cut my hair at least once. They all do a great job, but I have my favorites.
I highly recommend this shop!

Haircut was ok. The lady who is oil care of me took the time to ask me how it looked and adjust where necessary. Not like a traditional men’s barber shop, but still decent cut. All depends on who exactly gives you your cut though. 3.5 / 5

Donna at the Mcarthur Rd location is fantastic. She is friendly, fastidious and the prices are great. The app allows for check-in s ahead of your arrival. I walked in to he door and was out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Great Clips! I recently got my haircut again by the manager of the MacArthur store named Jillian. She was very polite and courteous and fastidious. I am very pleased with my haircut at a fair price and I highly recommend Great clips either at the MacArthur road location or the airport road or trexlertown location as well.

Best franchise salon I've ever patronized. I tried all the other chains and only these people get my haircut consistently right, even at different locations with different stylists. They record your exact preferences in their database so it doesn't matter which woman cuts your hair. I go here exclusively now, and I'm always satisfied.
