Great experience. Very short wait time, salon was clean and everybody was very friendly. Amanda did an amazing job taking me from a long crazy haircut to a shortcut that I've wanted for a long time. She walked me through how to style it as well as the reasons that she was doing what she was doing in the cut. I have wicked haircut anxiety and this was a very easy experience with a result that I love.

I've been switching haircutters around Lancaster for three years before finding this place. In all my experience, this is the best place all around. Great, consistent hair cuts even using different stylists. You're not rushed out. The pricing is much more fair for a men's cut than anywhere else. They offer online check in, and unlike other places around the area (I'm looking at you Sports Clips) you won't be waiting hours for a haircut.

I’ve come here off and on for years and it’s always a decent haircut for the price and was just here today. I do find the side conversations between the staff while cutting my hair a bit irritating and today had to wait in the middle of my haircut while they were looking at each others phones for a minute. I’m sure making constant small talk with new clients all day gets old fast, but your focus should be on your clients while they’re in your chair and not chit chatting with your coworkers.

We went to Great Clips in Lancaster. The hairstylist there were wonderful. They were all very friendly. In and out quickly at a really great price! We will be going back.

The beautician I had was very nice courteous and gentle she did a great job for a good price I no longer look like a neanderthal I look more like the man I am.

I understand they were busy on a Friday morning, but they spent no more than 4 mins with each of my boys and butchered their hair. So uneven, not blended. The front of my one sons hair is a complete slant. My other son has two big pieces on either side with the middle shorter. You can tell they were in a rush to get to the next client. I will never return because unfortunately this is not the first time. Paid almost $40 and will now have to dish out more money to fix their hair, my son has school pictures soon too.

Came here for my son's first haircut. Was worried about it going bad, but we got Michelle and she did great with my son. No issues and he was great. His haircut looked great too. Was very happy and pleased with how good and smooth it went. Thanks again for a great experience for my Son and I Michelle. Don't think he will be scared now for his next haircut.

Best place ever to get a haircut. I followed Ismata from her last place of business. Her sister is also a great stylist. If you need a haircut head there and get one of them to hook you up.

Three out of four visits here I've had nice haircuts. My last haircut was uneven and rough looking. The stylist was unpleasant. I went back to get sides evened out, they still are not even and my hair is shorter than I wanted. I am disappointed as I had previously been happy with them. You take a chance here which stylist will be yours.

Reasonably price. Did my haircut with Michelle, trimmed and layers. She’s very nice and polite! Definitely will be coming back.

Reasonably priced. Wait time was what online said it would be. Cut my son's hair, listened to how I said I wanted it. All in all not bad. Girls could've looked a little less miserable but they weren't mean or rude.

I’ve been coming here to get my haircut for many years and every time they do such a great job. They are so sweet to my grandma when I take her with me and they always make her feel comfortable. Ismara is so funny and the whole shop has the best energy. Love this place!

I knew that it was too short. I’ll never come back ever instead of going home. Happy I went home crying. It would’ve done me no good to complain to the manager. Unless they have some kind of hair growth serum, she cut 7 inches off of my hair. I told her she could go a little bit shorter on the top. Do these two pictures look like the haircut that I asked for I don’t think so. Never coming back ever and I will not recommend your haircuts to anyone.

Everything was super. Short waiting time. Excellent haircut. Great Clips is my "go to" shoppe.

I don't know how some people still cut there. I take my niece with the children and the children were massacred. Showing them the cuts we wanted, well, they don't cut what they want.
