Great Clips, Erie PA

Made a reservation online, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Can't get any more convenient than that. And affordable!

My son just got home from a haircut with his grandmother and they went here. My sons hair is so uneven. I don't even know where to begin. There are chunks that are short and some that are long, the fade looks awful. I am beyond irritated. On top of that they had to of course upsell my son and his grandma on some stupid fiber cream he didn't need. How could you let someone walk out of there looking like that. I now literally have to take my son to another salon to have them correct this mess. Usually I bring him and this is usually where we go, never had an issue. So I figured it wouldn't matter to let his grandma bring him. The one time I dont go my son comes home looking like he spent the day as mannequin head with hair in a classroom full of children with Crayola scissors.

I have attempted to call at least 3 times with no answer.

I'm from out of state and came in for a haircut for my dads funeral, not only did the hairdresser do a great job but also gave me a free haircut! Excellent customer service in a hard time!

Staff here is great, been coming to the location for years now because of them. Sad to hear they're not doing their gift cards this year.

We continually bring both of our kids to this location. They are 7 and 3. All of the staff are great and so patient with them and we are always happy with their hair cuts!

Great place! Friendly staff, very polite, and professional. Highly recommend as I've been going there for years. Just ignore the boss. She's a pain ;) Not really. She's awesome with a sense of humor!
