I always use the online check-in to put my name on the list, especially if it's a busy time of day. It makes the wait time inside only a few minutes. This is especially nice when I take my energetic grandson for his haircut.

Don't do work for them. Their district manager Alycia will refuse to pay. Their 6 weeks past due.

Cassie, is great. She takes her time and very pleasant and I always leave with a great haircut. I go out of my way to make sure she is there.

Nice staff. Low wait times, efficient haircutting. Had a nice conversation with my hair stylist, would go back. Value is pretty acceptable relative to other haircuts.

I always have a successful haircut at Great Clips. They carry a lot of fun hair care products. It would be great if they handed out little samples to try at home. I have purchased several products from having the stylist try them on me first. Love the coupons and looking forward to maybe some good discounts on gift cards this Holiday season like they have had in the past!

They cut my sons hair perfectly every time. He has multiple cowlicks, which makes it more difficult, and I love the results!

Maybe it was specific staff I am not sure. Rude overall. Check-in staff was rude. My stylist spoke the entire cut about the how she thinks her car was just broken into as her items were missing. The lot right outside is where my car was too, so that wasn't great. I just wanted the 15 minute cut done since I was semi concerned about my own car being there. She spent the time looking out the window while cutting and asking me what to do about her car. I suggested taking a break filing a police report (really had no idea at this point). She wasn't rude, it was just bizarre. I just said thanks and didn't care what it looked like.

Next time I go get a hair cut, I'll check in again! Ashley I hope, will still be there!

Absolutely phenomenal experience, I set up the appointment online I showed up I got my haircut and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Very professional atmosphere and even though I don't have children in the adolescent range, there was a young child in there and he was handled with professional courtesy as well.

I've been happy with Great Clips until the last two haircuts. I was unhappy with the first one so I went back to get it done again and was just as unhappy with the second one. I get one length done all over (number 8 usually) and it wasn't even or done well both times

If you are looking for a consistently good haircut each time. This is NOT the place to go to. I do not recommend
Always a different stylist and they only go off of notes on the computer.

The service was poor and I had to have them go over my hair line again. When I was done they charged me for a full haircut instead of a neck trim which is what I am normally charged at other locations. It is ridiculous.

Back before Covid got here I used to get my haircut at W. 12th St.location and Carla was the one who would give me my haircut. She did an outstanding job every single time and I requested her every single time I went because I knew I would get a great haircut. I just found out that she’s no longer working there. I would love to find out where she went or how to get in touch with her I would gladly pay her to give me a haircut on her spare time. She is the nicest person I’ve ever met, and she was very friendly and took the time to talk to me while cutting my hair

Took my son here for the first time. Checked in online and only waited a couple minutes after we got there. I wish I remembered the woman's name, but she did exactly what my son wanted. Will definitely make this our new stop!

I'm very disappointed in the haircut that I received they didn't match the sides it's crooked the fade is all mismatched definitely not gonna be a returning customer

Quick service, about the same cost as any other mass-market hair salon. I like the ability to check in online before I get there.
