Waiting area was cold, room temp was set at 69 degree. Other wise good service, would suggest checking in online.

This place is a coin flip for good services, at best! My last 2 visits there I think the girl was like 15 why cut my hair. She acted like 15 for sure, complaining about her life and the morning she had and I got the feeling she did NOT want to be there at all. The type that feels entitled to a tip. The actual hair cut was very very average. I’m pretty sure she got her training from watching other people cut hair. Please do yourself a favor and look for a better place.

I’m not sure the dresser name (red hair) is but I got 6in off today, and I think she did wonders, Even blended… and added a product to my hair that makes it soft/frizzy free. I had my daughter with me which I was nervous they be annoyed with that (even though she pretty good in public 1y) she was very sweet towards my girl and myself. She had tons of patience with both of us. I just got a basic straight cut due to so many layers in my hair as you can see some layers still in there but “few more cuts” it be fully straight across.

They do a great job here! They're always fast and friendly! I like to use their app to see the wait time and to check in.

Son got his hair cut. Said a trim and got way more than he wanted taken off. I didn't like his cut. Can't do much to fix it once it's so short besides shave his head

I have gone to Great Clips many times and I always leave pretty satisfied with my haircut. The stylists are friendly and professional, and the prices are reasonable. The wait times are not too long and they also have a convenient online check-in system with their app that lets you see how busy they are and reserve your spot. Great Clips is a good place to get a simple men's haircut without much hassle.

Terrible service. Terrible cuts. They ignore your online check in and the manager defends the employees because they are "busy" and "understaffed" instead of addressing their negligence and ignorance. With this service, they will never last.

Amazing customer service, the staff is very friendly and does a great job at cutting hair. They work with you very well and are easy going people.

They weren't particularly "kid-friendly" or really all that friendly at all. They treated my easily distracted 3 year old as a nuisance more so than a client. That being said, the haircut was actually quite nice on my 3 year old, but my older son hated his and said it didn't look like the picture. We're looking for a local salon a bit more suited for kids since now.
