Actually this was my first time at great clips… The staff was friendly and super welcoming. The young lady that cut my hair Did a great job and was very personable. I love my new haircut! ‍️ I would definitely go back…

I like the staff here they listen to your needs and do the grooming stuff accordingly. They know what they are doing and provide good advice

It is my favorite chain of hair stylists. It is always clean and the staff friendly.
They are well trained. Checking in on line is convenient. The price for my cut was $13.

I have always been impressed with other Great Clips outlets and their ability to provide a good haircut at a low price, but the Dormont location is particularly good. Very little waiting and I've had some of the best haircuts of my life here.

Just do yourself a favor & check in online with the app. Also ask for Kayla or Jessica& don't forget to tip well. Having a great cut is priceless!

Also conveniently located right by Fime Wine & Good Spirits, so u can let your hair down after your new do. Also right by Tom's Diner, multiple bars, The Exchange, Dunkin Donuts & The Dormont Public Library in case there's a wait.

Always go there for my haircuts. That being said I bought their discount card which really saves money on the costs of a haircut. I use the on line app and always get seated promptly when I arrive.

This is where I go for every haircut.inside they have a card as a promotional that you can buy and load with haircuts.that significantly reduces the cost of a haircut.there is an app for online check-in where you don't have to wait if there is a line.they have an entry into their computer system as to how you had your hair cut the last time. Walked into this place after work to get just a haircut, guy asked if i was checked in, told him no.asked for my phone # and said danielle will be right out for you.after waiting for about 5 min, another patron walked in and guy said same thing to him.danielle walks out and takes him before me-sucks! Poor customer service!

This place gives excellent hair cuts as well as beard and mustache grooming service. I especially like the job Jarrod does with my beard and mustache!

I wouldn't get my hair done here. You have to make sure you pay and keep paying a parking meter in the PARKING LOT or you'll get a $10.00 parking ticket while getting your hair done.

I walked into great clips, the girl behind the register that took my reservation had a very bad attitude. While she was cutting my hair she acted like I was an inconveience and did not even talk to me. When she was done she put down her clippers and just walked away from me. This is very bad customer service.

The service was good. I liked the place. The person was courteous and easy to communicate. My friend suggested this place and tried this would settle with this location. The service is no way cheap than other salon chains which costs more. They do send coupons and deals. Only tip stick to a stylist and try to schedule an appointment with the same person.

Unless you're looking for an extremely basic cut do not go.no matter how big if a hurry you are in!

Worst haircut I have ever got! Extremely uneven job. I pretty much had a Mohawk when they were done!

My teenage son gets his hair cut by AMY and each and every time she is AWESOME. She engages him in conversation and is so easy to talk to. She makes suggestions but is not pushy or intimidating at all. I highly recommend her. She's the absolute best!
