Great Valley Lockshop Inc, Malvern PA

I was returning some rentals in Malvern and was in one of our work vehicles with a valet key and coming out found that it was unopenable without the remote. Looked around and like a beacon of light saw a Lockshop Van parked 4 car lengths from me. A locksmith named Tyler was there and asked if he could help me out. After about 10 min gas it opened and me on my way. He was very courteous with his time as IM sure he was there on his lunch break. In an emergency situation they were great and I'm sure if they're that helpful and courteous in these situations what it must be like with all their services. Will use againl lets just hope next time its not out of inconvenience. Thanks Tyler

I was really excited to find this company and wanted to work with them because of their reviews. Everyone we talked to has been super courteous; however, our experience with the company has been frustrating and disappointing. Their technician came out to look at a job for us over a month ago, and we still haven't received a quote from them. We have been following up close to 10 times at this point, and still unable to get anywhere. Seems like the issue is with their supplier. However, what they can control is to keep their customers updated. Unfortunately, even when I was told numerous times that a technician will give me a call with updates, in dealing with them for over month, I have not received even one single update call from them.

I'd consider finding other companies. We just wasted a month waiting around for just a quote. Lessons learned!

Cut car keys for me. They worked great and the employees were super friendly and accommodating. Price was quite fair.
