Great Wall Chinese Restaurant, West Reading PA

The food is wonderful and they are very fast. They are pretty affordable and the portion sizes are great. Definitely my favorite Chinese place to go to. The inside doesn't have a lot of seating but this place is perfect for doing take out or delivery. As for parking, across the street is just fine.

Best Chinese Food in Berks County IMO. Amazing lo mein. Best bone in spare ribs! Really everything is top quality.

Chinese basic food. No more or less. Atmosphere is old, yellowish stained walls. Not a place I'd like to eat in.

Great food but best if you do take out. Not really a place for dining in. Easy to over order food as many delicious chouces.

Living in the city, I'll say this place is cleaner and with better food than most. The only issue I see is the service and lack of attentiveness ;but if you are hard skin, that wouldn't be a problem.

Wouldn't eat in but their food is phenomenal. The downside is you got to find on street parking and if not you have to cross the road at the intersection

Food came cold, hard and I was missing items. They didn’t charge for missing items. We called and ask for another delivery and they said no more drivers! I called back from another phone and they excepted my (bogus) delivery order. First time and definitely last. People don’t wast your time or money. Order from other locations that are friendly and have fresh food.

I didn't even want to give them a star. I order shrimp egg foo young and every one knows, that the dish comes with heavy brown sauce. They purposely gave me a totally different sauce, this is 3rd time this happen to me, so I'm done with them!

Best between Berks and Schenectady NY! Hot and sour soup loaded and delicious. Shrimp huge and juicy. Crab Rangoon to die for. Every time we order we can expect the same perfection, no disappointments or items missed. Don't ever change!

I waited 2 hours for delivery and my food was almost cold. I will never spend my money at this place again.poor service

Probably one of the best Chinese food we've had in a long time! And we're stopping in again to allow a family member to try the food also!

It's a okay restraunt not five star that's for sure. The girl at the register is rude but funny.

Nice place with quick service! The food was bomb just wish I was able to dine in since the weather is getting much colder. The crab Rangoons are great and I got my food piping hot!

I placed a delivery order which cost $51 and advised that it would be about 45 minutes. Which I was fine with. An hour past and called to see where my food was being that it’s daytime. The rude woman who answered advised she would be there soon. About 2 minutes later I’m called by the delivery lady and advised coming out. When I get to the door she is sitting in her vehicle. She gets out and hands me a receipt to sign and my food advising me “you’re welcome”. Advised her that would not tell her thank you for late food an unacceptable customer service. I spent $51 and only because I did not feel like going outside. She continues to walk to her car yelling at me. NEVER seen such behavior or cluster of nasty attitudes towards customers. Will NEVER order from them again and will just go pick up somewhere where they appreciate my business. Food is very mediocre and not worth it.

Always a convenient place to stop, nice staff, and good hours! Lately the meals seem to be lacking seasoning but an overall ok chinese joint for an easy dinner night
