Great Wall Restaurant, Upland PA

This place is one of my favorites! Fair rates, big portions and the staff members are constantly helpful.

Although I reside in DE I grew up eating food from here and still say they have the best fried chicken in their field and I still grab food from here on occasion. No other asian cuisine themed restaurant can beat their fried chicken. Wish they were on Door Dash or some type of delivery service and accepted credit but I guess they are doing what works for them

I am very particular about my food especially the smell. I ordered a combination platter with shrimp fried rice and vegetable lo mein, I asked them to make it a little spicy. There was a slight odd odor upon opening the container I prayed and with hesitation I decided to tasted the food. The rice taste old as if it was left out overnight. I decided to returned the food only for the owner to claim it was the spicy flavor I requested that was causing the odor and refusing to give me money back. We as community should not allow restaurants to service us any old thing we have the right to a decent meal especially when we are spending our hard earned money. I will be report them to the health inspector and I will continue to tell others about the establishment and their practices.

The customer service is constantly quick, good vibes, very friendly staff. I will visit again when I get in town.

I really love their dishes. I always get excellent service there. The place is neat and the cashiers are always nice. Will come back again.

I really should not give them 2 stars. The woman who answer the phone was screaming in the phone I could not understand her. I suggested to her not to scream she did it anyway very unprofessional and she's has no class. Will not order anything from anymore and will tell my friends and family not to go.

Lady was nice but my food was terrible. Chicken finger platter with french fries. Fries seemed cooked in old oil or the fries were old. Could have been both. Also chicken fingers were hard and stale. Everything seemed like it was old food. Will not order again.

First of all every one needs to know they are cash only and the person at the counter is very hard to understand but the food itself is really good the portions are bigger than wing hing more fresh veggies less filler like babycorn bamboo shoots and water chestnuts the sauce is flavor full and not overly sweet

Tried calling to place an order for delivery the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off and also talked extremely fast and could not understand her I couldn't even place my order I just had to hang up very disappointing

Might have been an off day but the service was slow even though we were the only ones there.but the food was pretty good

Poor service, roach infested, Unprofessional, Argumentative employees, & Raunchy the health department needs to make a trip to the Great Wall ASAP!

They make me feel disgusted. They made me vomit with their food. Looks to me that they put something in my food, and I'm sure it was spit.yuck, yuck, yuck, yuck. I will never ever consider eating from them ever again! These people can be real nasty, and ignorant.
