Cannot even begin to comprehend why the police departments picked this place to tow people's cars.it's highway robbery

We decided to drive to Nashville TN last week and before we left asked Kevin to look over our car. He found some things and filled the fluids and we really benefited from his watchful eye. I recommend you do this before any long trip. Thanks Kevin

Craig saved my boyfriend and I after our tire blew out at 1am on the way through town. Literally nobody else would help us and Craig was more than accommodating. He towed our car to his shop to process payment and then towed us to another location. I cannot recommend Craig enough. Thank you for being so kind!

This place saved us. We were in a bad spot with a flat tire until Craig showed up — incredibly kind and generous man. If anyone is in the area this is by far your best option.

Someone decided to use my sidewalk for the street and did this. Was highly recommended to Craig and his shop by neighbors. When I called, I explained the situation and although he already had a full schedule, he was kind enough to squeeze me in. Great communication about progress on the truck and when i got it back, it was absolutely gorgeous. They do excellent work and I refer anyone i know to them if needed.

My car was vandalized and robbed by break of side window. After calls to multiple shops (including the dealership where I got my GMC from), I was referred to Craig at Green Lane William Penn. He was able to fix my car 48hrs after my call AND he secured the delivery of the replacement glass much faster than all other places I had previously called. The shop is in a good location, service was fast and good. Also, the price was reasonable. I’m happy with my experience and I would recommend this place.

So let me start off by saying that I hit a deer at 9: 00 at night and the police pretty much told me I couldn't wait for AAA. I had to have my car towed out of the way, and this guy was the person that they use. Craig himself was pretty good. It took a while to get the parts but that was not his fault and he was good at communicating. There were some things that took place that I was not particularly happy about though. The first thing was they stored some of the broken parts inside my vehicle on the back seat. My car was a current year model at this time and only about 3 months old with less than 6,000 mi on it. They creased the leather and I still can't get it out to this day. The other issue I didn't realize until about 2 months ago and I wasn't that upset about it until yesterday. So when I hit the deer I was doing about 55 mph and it hit the driver side fender and actually went through it. For months the car did not handle correctly at higher speeds, but I couldn't remember if it was normal or not because I didn't have the car very long before the accident. I also did not get it back for about 4 months because there was a part shortage. So about 3 months ago I let somebody else drive my car, and they told me it was almost impossible to handle. At this point I started to question if an alignment had been completed after he serviced my vehicle. If it was, it was not done correctly because the alignment was completely off. I had Mazda redo it about 2 months ago. So yesterday I go to get my oil change and some basic service and they always check the treadware on your tires. My tires were almost shot because an alignment had never been completed after the accident (or it was completed incorrectly) with the deer and it took me too long to notice. I had to buy four brand new tires for my vehicle and the ones that were on it had less than 20,000 mi. Cost me additional $1,200. I'm giving 2 stars because Craig was good with communication and he did try and save me some money. But ultimately ended up costing me more.

Very bad behavior, and they let their dogs out on people. Very rude overall and I am very dissatisfied.
