I hate to leave a bad review, but I have no choice. Green Lawn sent a very nice Salesman to my home and we agreed to a certain contract term that they did not fulfill. First, they agreed to a prepayment, one payment for all services, which never happened. They continued billing me numerous times and I no idea what I was being charged for. They never charged our card for one payment like promised.

They have continuously billed me incorrectly have not fixed it and keep calking me insisting we owe them money and now threatening to put us into collections. To date I have actually overpaid them by 40.00. Just beware of salesman coming to door making promises because in my scenario they did and have not honored their contract.

Randy arrived on time for a walking application which I preferred to the machine application.
