I'm from out of state visiting family in Erie Pa. I had an issue with a medical boot that I've been wearing and stopped in to see if they could assist me with a repair. They have an Absolutely Wonderful staff, fixed the issue, no questions asked. I would and will highly recommend their services for anyone who is in need of prosthetics and orthotics equipment!

I ordered shoe orthotics. They said that the insurance had them covered, and i even had a secondary insurance. When I picked them up they said $200 cash only please. I should have left them there. I called and i was calm and nice. The office manager was rude and nasty. I would not send my enemies there. They are not honest.
