The complex is central to many shops and surrounded by natural greenery. Each apartment is spacious, cozy and includes all necessary appliances. The management team, Lisa and Amy, work tirelessly to make each tenant comfortable and remedy any concerns.

From a personal experience I am very satisfied tenant /member of the Green Valley Community last 4 years and not going anywhere anytime soon. All my needs have always been met promptly if not told the reason. Again this is my own personal experience since I came here and I do enjoy living here & having a Pool / Gym on the premises.

Horrible! Heartless management! Do NOT rent anything downstairs. Creaky loud noises! Moldy bathroom that they just paint over. I had put in a ticket for the mold 5 times within a year and they literally just pained over it! Construction going on for a year. Pothole parking lot with no parking for actual guests. Racist! And don’t miss a payment due to Covid! They will send you into judgment immediately! All they care about is money! Especially the older white lady in the office. $2000 for a 2 bedroom (renovated) and they just raised prices. Avoid this dump at all cost especially if you care about your health!

This place allows pets to be mauled to death by other dogs in front of their owner. They will NOT call 911 (the manager had a phone and refused to call), they will NOT secure the gate on their dog park fence, they will NOT secure the bottom of the fence, they will NOT protect the children playing on the playground next to the dog park. They are complicit in the death of a service animal in front of its owner and a child and they refuse to take responsibility or even offer condolences.

I have been living in Green valley and Parktown for Three years and the property is beautiful and well kept, but the problems with the management is very slow and very unprofessional if there is a problem they always wait until the end of day and try to threaten about something they clearly could have handled on monday and that it, they have had many management sense I been here and all do not no what they are doing half the time, they need a train course for
performance on the job on how you deal with tenants and how to deal within a timely matter because they clearly do not no right from wrong on dealing with tenates, now the matenece crew they are on point with taking care of this property and do a excellent job
