My husband and I are very happy with our Townhome. I love all the space we have for our belongings, pet friendly and it just feels like HOME. The Staff is amazing, very helpful from the beginning and still till this day. Grounds are well kept and if I had any issues in the Townhome, maintenance took care of immediately. If your looking for a clean, safe and quiet place look no where else. You'll be happy here.

I am beyond happy here. The management is awesome they are extremely personable, friendly and so helpful and accommodating. There are NO bugs and zero problems. Any issues they fix within 24 hours. I’ve been here for almost a year now and I am so beyond happy. My neighbors are awesome and I LOVE their community events. If you need a place this is your place! I’ve looked at 100s of places and lived at 2. This is my 3rd. This place tops them all! I’m so very happy here! Plus they LOVE pets & that makes my heart so happy. They truly care and I’m so blessed that I found them! Oh and the space is amazing! I love my rooms and bathrooms so much!

Greenbriar Estates needs to clean up the park it is disgusting and the slide has been broken for more than a few years, the kids can't play on it in fear of getting cut and they have 8 swing. 1 slide and 8 swings is not a park. The rent is way over priced for these outdated townhome units, $1200 plus you pay extra for sewage and trash on top, for a 3 bedroom is too much with no pre installed garage door opener. Plus if you move in they will wax your kitchen floor before you move in but never again the floor will get disgusting and the wax will come up after 6 months. And they will not help you get the people that do the floors in to wax them. The bedrooms are way to small for the prices they offer. They only thing we like is that the maintenance department if prompt and the front office personnel is very nice. It may be a fairly quiet neighborhood but that is because everyone stays in their house.

My wife and I just moved to Greenbriar in April, and we love it. The maintenance requests are answered promptly and the grounds are great. Everyone is very friendly and we love it. We've been told we're hard to please, and Greenbriar has done a great job of pleasing us.

It is a very clean and well managed — My husband and I enjoy living here. It is a quiet and friendly place. I love the spacious townhouse and openness of the rooms. The staff are great and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We have had no problems with our home and don't regret moving here. We really love living here.

My wife, daughter and I spent a year here. They will tell you that it is a quiet neighborhood and family friendly. We noticed within 2 weeks of living there that the police were there often, teenagers were smoking on the playgrounds and swearing loudly in the streets and cars with loud music seemed to drive through all night. I'm in no way a prude or sensitive to this behavior but it was a real issue with our daughter.

Don't fool yourselves into thinking that the attacked decks would be great for grilling either. Even though there are dozens in the complex, they are against the lease policy and they will leave nasty messages on your door with threats of fines. They will tell you the insurance company won't let them allow it or the fire department wont allow grills in the area. Meanwhile everyone in the trailer park next door is cooking away.

We didn't think about when we moved in but you are not allowed to keep your trash can out front for appearance's sake. This means if you don't have a garage, you have to drag your trash through the kitchen and through the living room out the front door every week. Speaking of trash, sewer and trash fees are not included in the rent and will tack on an extra 130ish a month.

The bathrooms are a decent size but the drawers are fake. You will not have as much storage as you think.

When we moved out, they pulled up the carpet to show us the "pet stains" from our 5 year old well trained service dog. I know for a fact that she never had an accident in the house. This didn't stop them from keeping our entire security deposit. They were supposed to provide proof showing the stains were from an animal but we have yet to see anything. How our dog was able to pee that much in the living room, where the couch sat for a year, is beyond me.

I would stay away from this place if you can. The appliances suck and it' overpriced. I am glad we got out when we did because they increased the rent this year. Getting out isn't easy either. They require 60 days notice (unlike most places that ask for 30) and according to the lease, will not go month to month.

Do yourself a favor and look around a little harder. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
